The main bedroom boasts a stunning garden view, an independent entrance, a large double bed, and two single beds inside a charming alcove. It also includes a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom accommodates up to 3 guests, with a common area bathroom featuring a large shower.
The basement adds a unique touch with a "games" room with a double bed, a large single sofa bed, and an independent bathroom with a shower, providing additional sleeping space for two guests.
Outside, the villa features an inviting veranda with a large table, a barbecue area, and a wooden oven, perfect for hosting cooking classes or pizza nights. The stunning location and the opportunity to develop the property from the ruins. This was a true labour of love and continues to evolve year on year.
• Are there any interesting stories in its history?
The exact history of the property is unknown but it was originally the ruins of 4 trulli cones. The trulli of Alberobello were originally built as temporary dwellings for shepherds and their animals.
