The building was built 110 years ago with only 3 components: stones, soil and water. It was used as a deposit by farmers and it had 4 cisterns: one for water, one for wine, one for cooked wine, one for olive oil. We merged 3 of those and made a wine cellar, the modern version of a cistern.
