- The property is rural and remote, so having a car is essential for convenient travel.
- The walls are crafted from natural materials and therefore are delicate. Kindly handle the glass doors in the bathrooms and hammam gently. Our furniture, although refurbished, retains a classic elegance and should be treated with care.

Beautiful
Absolutely beautiful. Perfect Stay for our family. The villa has everything you could ever want. Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, stylish decor, amazing swimming pool. Situated on a private farm and next to a working farm selling meats and cheeses. Perfectly situated and only 10-30 mins to the local villages and towns you would want to visit. I wish I lived there. The host was amazing and very helpful with making sure we had the best time.

On the outskirts of Ostuni, deep in the olive groves next to a working farm is a magical hidden villa - Villa Mandorli.
Renovated as a contemporary farm house, Villa Mandorli has been impeccably decorated internally with unique antiques and modern furnishings. Fusing both tradition and modern design, this large 2 storey. 3 bedroom property boasts enviable baths and cutting edge architecture at every corner. Classic neutrals edged with strong red and pink tones ensure an artistic experience as well as a relaxing one. Outside you will find a naturally heated large pool with crystal clear water, minimal sun loungers and landscape gardens edged with wild flowers. Flora and fauna sing and dance all day and a distance mooing of cows can be heard as a gentle reminder life outside the villa exists. The kitchen, with its endless marble benches and worktops is a chef’s dream and culinary delights can be found next door at the farm. The villa can also organise private fine dining, spa treatments and tours of the property. Ensure you explore the coast and nearby towns by car and the little Torre natural beaches only 15’ mins by car to experience both countryside and coastal settings. We cannot wait to return to Villa Mandorli and the host made us so welcome. -
Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay with friends in this beautiful house typical of the Puglia countryside, superbly renovated. It is very comfortable with quality services while retaining the charm of the old. The terraces are sheltered and we spent most of the time outside enjoying the calm, the heated swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the magical view of the olive fields within the property. The beautiful town of Ostuni is only 10 minutes from the villa by car to go from tranquillity to evening entertainment.
