Villa Panari is nestled in nature near the charming town of Ostuni on the sunny south coast of Italy. This one-storey, detached stone house boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a modern countryside view. With a capacity to sleep six to eight guests, it's an ideal haven for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday.
The ground floor has a spacious, light, airy, open-plan living space with double doors that access the well-maintained grounds and gardens. The seating area has a raspberry-pink three-seater sofa bed and a welcoming fireplace for those cooler months and evenings. The crisp, clean, white, modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and that must-have Italian coffee maker. The adjacent six-seater dining set is perfect for shared meals. A helpful service room is fitted with a washing machine and iron.
There are three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and an ensuite, bright monochrome bathroom with a shower, hand basin, bidet, and WC. The bedroom has access to the garden, just right for rolling out of bed for a swim before breakfast. Two additional bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes and share a convenient large bathroom with a walk-in shower, hand basin, bidet, and WC.
Outdoors, the 2000m2 enclosed grounds feature a meticulously manicured lawn populated by fruit trees, creating a serene backdrop. The private, step-entry swimming pool takes centre stage and is long enough for a few lengths or cooling afternoon dips. Soak the sun on the surrounding loungers and refresh under the outdoor shower. A veranda is home to an inviting soft seating area, best enjoyed at cocktail hour, watching the sunset. Meet for supper at the alfresco dining set, served with freshly grilled BBQ dishes.
The villa's facilities ensure a hassle-free stay, with complimentary air conditioning for climate control, Wi-Fi for connectivity, and private parking for convenience. Mosquito nets, smoke detectors, and CO2 detectors prioritise safety and well-being.

About the surrounding area of Villa PanariVilla Panari sits in the heart of the countryside, between the commune of San Michele Salentino and the resort town of Ostuni on the south coast of Italy. The nearest international airport is Brindisi, a scenic forty-five-minute drive to your holiday home from home.
The charming sparkling white town of Ostuni is just nine kilometres away, with its historic centre, narrow streets, convivial squares, and impressive Romanesque cathedral. The nearest and best beaches are a twenty-minute drive to the protected coastal marine areas of Torre Guaceto and Santa Sabina, with dunes and crystal clear waters that are great for swimming; Pilone, with golden sands and organised clubs; and Rosa Marina, the longest stretch of beach in the area, with public and private sections. While there, enjoy paddleboarding, wind and kite surfing, or a boat trip along the coast. Keep fit with a cycle through the countryside or hike a local trail through olive groves and historic sites.
Tee off at the San Domenico Golf Course or play a game of tennis at the nearby club. Tour the many wineries and sample a glass of Puglia's famous Primitivo. Visit the local villages, or go further afield and head north to Monopoli's holiday hot spot or south to Brindisi's ancient town.
As dusk falls, sip cocktails and wine and dine in the Piazza della Liberta, the main square in Ostuni, then dance until dawn at one of the beach clubs, transforming into lively nightspots.

Best Suited For: All AgesThere's lots for you and your family to do when you stay in the Puglian countryside on the south coast of Italy. Starting with the villa and its private pool, where they can swim and splash all day, and fenced-in gardens where they can safely play.
The area is renowned for its beautiful beaches and fabulous famous dunes. Most notably for families, Torre Guaceto, with its pristine sands and clear, shallow waters, is perfect for making sand castles or swimming and snorkelling in the Adriatic Sea. Rosa Marina is famous for its soft golden sands, organised facilities, brilliant beach clubs, and fabulous water sports for your older kids. Keep them active with a hike, bike, or horse ride through the local countryside and coastline.
Spend the day in nearby Ostuni old town, wander through the historic centre, visit the cathedral, and enjoy a family feast of local delicacies at one of the many welcoming cafes and restaurants. Check out the local events, and if you are lucky, you might be there to join in the celebrations of the Ostuni Carnival.
Have some family fun with cooking classes where you can all learn to make traditional Puglian dishes. Tour the local olive groves and see how they make delicious olive oils.
