Villa Pezze is a top-notch stone villa located near the historic town of Carovigno on the south coast of Italy. Recently revamped, this single-storey, detached luxury retreat comprises a four-bedroom main villa and a two-bedroom annexe, accommodating up to 12 guests, ideal for a large family holiday or a group of friends get-together. The modern design features exposed brick interiors and contemporary furnishings, creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.

Access the villa through the electronic gates, where the property is set in secure high-hedged grounds and surrounded by meticulously maintained gardens. Enter the villa to be welcomed by an open-plan living area that gives access to the pool terrace. The seating area has stylish wrap-around built-in sofas, handy coffee tables, a flat-screen smart TV, and a fireplace for those cooler months and evenings. The adjacent ten-seater dining set is perfect for indoor entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, a must-have Italian coffee maker and a preparation island.

Leading off from the hallway are four exquisitely appointed suites. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, bedside tables, armchairs, an indoor mini pool/hot tub with hydro-massage and waterfall shower, an ensuite shower room with a double vanity unit, bidet, WC, and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, an ensuite shower room and access to a terrace. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, an ensuite shower room and access to the garden, whilst Bedroom 4 has its private entrance, a double bed, and an ensuite shower room. Walk a hundred metres across the terrace to the matching annexe, home to two additional double bedrooms, ensuite shower rooms, and a separate guest cloakroom. Sit outside and enjoy the sunshine at the patio table for two.

The outdoor living space is as lovely as indoors, with a paved courtyard and lush lawned gardens. Taking centre stage is an inviting step-entry saltwater infinity swimming pool. State-of-the-art sun loungers with shady parasols surround the pool and billowing white curtained pergolas under which you can relax and catch up with this year's best seller. Enjoy a ping pong game before cooling down under the outdoor shower. Meet for morning coffee at the stylish soft seating under the shady veranda. Meet for sundown cocktails at the bar.
