Spread over 130 square metres, located on the 4th floor of a chic Umbertino-style building, it offers a lift and concierge service.
Stepping in, you’re immediately greeted by a refined dining room. Dewy white walls, glossy wooden flooring and tasteful objects d’art create a feeling of elegance and luxury. You’re sure to be impressed by the high quality fabrics and carpets that adorn the room. Savour your morning coffee, while looking out of the windows at the sprawling views of the piazza. Gather at the dining table and enjoy intimate meals with your loved ones. Settle down on the comfy double sofa and watch your favourite shows on the 52-inch, full screen HD TV.
If you’re working remotely, connect to the free high-speed Wi-Fi from any part of the apartment. All the rooms are equipped with independently managed air-conditioning. Great apartment, close to metro line, and has everything you need
Apartment was great. had everything we needed. Was walking distance to metro which was fantastic, and walking distance to Colosseum. Marco was great, met us at apartment, showed us everything and offered lots of information and help for our stay in Rome. Marco and Sara checked up on us each day to see if there was anything we needed or if we needed any help. Much appreciated. Beds were super comfy, and apartment was lovely and warm, when we came back after our outings on cold winter days. The added extra touches like drinks in the fridge and bowls of lollies were also very lovely. Thanks Marco and Sara for sharing your apartment with the four if us.

An Unforgettable Stay in a Magical City
Our stay in this stunning apartment in Rome was simply perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the Colosseum and the breathtaking Via. Many of the city’s most iconic landmarks are easily accessible on foot or via the metro, which is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is meticulously designed, both elegant and welcoming, with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the top-quality, soft towels and linens added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathrooms, with their multi-functional showers, felt like pure indulgence—ideal for unwinding after long days exploring the city. We also greatly appreciated the convenience of the luggage storage service and the seamless airport transfers to and from FCO, which made everything so much easier. Marco greeted us warmly, sharing invaluable tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to book excursions, making our stay in Rome truly special. Sara was equally amazing, supporting us before, during, and even after our visit with exceptional care and attention. The apartment is also surrounded by fantastic restaurants and authentic trattorias, all within a 5-minute walk. The apartment has been absolutely perfect for our family of five. A spotlessly clean apartment in a perfect location
It was a truly wonderful house, we had everything we needed and most importantly the house was spotless. The location was very good, there was a market on the street and a cafe right below where you can buy fresh coffee in the morning. It is a very suitable facility especially for families with children.

An incredible experience
It is very close to the tourist centers, you can walk to all of them, it has a supermarket one block away and a cafe next door that is exceptional, the apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped, above all Marco is a very kind and attentive person. whatever is needed.

Absolutely adorable
I loved everything about this lovely apartment. Very clean apartment with all the necessary amenities and very spacious. Not to mention the decoration, which is beautiful and very careful down to the smallest details. For sure, if I return to Rome I will try to stay in this wonderful apartment again. It is worth mentioning the friendliness and availability of Marco and Sara both in preparing the stay, throughout the stay and after the stay, since our flight was brought forward and we counted on their help to resolve some issues. I highly recommend it.

The location was excellent
The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and still very quiet. Several very good restaurants were also within walking distance.
Everything was perfect. We would come back at any time. Sara and Marco were very nice and attentive hosts and we had an incomparable holiday. The only thing we missed was a small sharp knife to cut fruit for breakfast. But we were able to make do and our holiday experience was in no way compromised, in fact it was greatly enhanced because everything was so perfect. -

Luxury Indeed
Easy to communicate with Marco. Staff were very helpful. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of five. Centrally located meant that we could see many attractions on foot. The apartment was stylishly decorated and clean. Laundry facilities were a great help for a family of 5. There was a fully functioning Kitchen and two bathrooms and a coffee machine with pods provided. We enjoyed our stay there.
It exceeded our expectations so there was nothing we didn't like.

All in all it was a lovely stay and location was perfect for our 2 day visit in Rome
Great location for our pre cruise stay. Within walking distance to all historical sites we wanted to see. About 15 to 25 minutes walking. Could see the Colosseum from our doorstep of the apartment. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. Apartment was perfect! Expresso coffee and a bottle of water provided as well. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms especially the rain showers. Marco always available and checking to see if we needed anything. Arranged transportation from airport and to cruise port. Even made dinner reservations for us and the restaurant he recommended was awesome!

Location was exceptional. Host arranged ground transportation throughout our vacation even travel not associated with our stay. Service was first class, on time and reasonably priced. Simply outstanding from start to finish!

Very luxurious and spacious oasis for our Rome stay
It was phenomenal. You can see the colosseum down the street so the coloseo metro stop was just a 7min walk away. Also the bus stops on merulana were very close. Just a few minutes walk from the bus stops. But the apartment itself was very spacious, extremely well furnished, and had air conditioning. It was luxurious. 3 bedrooms for our family of 6 and two baths with 2 showers and a washer and dryer. The showers were luxurious with 3 heads in each. The linens were nice. It was just fantastic staying here. Beautiful building and beautiful tall windows. We all loved it and were so comfortable and happy to come back to air conditioning. We booked a great ebike tour with top bike which, it turned out, was a 4min walk down labicana. It turned out perfectly. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning stay in Rome!
The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the proximity to the Colosseum. It was very easy to get to all of the other major landmarks and the accessibility to wonderful restaurants and shopping was a bonus. We loved our trip and would definitely stay at the apartment when we return to Rome. The hosts, Marco and Sarah were extremely helpful and quickly answered our questions. Highly recommend.

A magnificent apartment
Its location is great. The Colosseum is a two-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop about 100 meters from the portal. Therefore, it is easy to go to the center, but at the same time it is a very quiet area, without much traffic, noise or tourists, which is appreciated. The decoration of the apartment is as in the photos. Everything is very new and decorated with great taste. Highlight the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the rooms and bathrooms, and the quality of the materials and facilities. The host, Marco, was attentive to everything at all times and made our stay very easy, always with great kindness.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many different restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc., and of course the Colosseum. Marco (the host) was very helpful in organizing the transfers from and to the airport, booking dinners, etc.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Ideal for a city break with friends in Rome
The location was excellent. We could see the Colosseum from the street door to the apartment building. A short walk to the metro station and restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was at the back of the building on a quiet street. The host communication was very good with advance information and suggestions beforehand. Arrival and departure at the apartment was no problem. They also arranged transfers to and from the airport and recommended and booked a restaurant for a special last night dinner.

Perfect apartment, perfect location
The property is in a brilliant location for two Metro stations and a short walk to the Colosseum. The apartment itself is extremely well presented and nice so it feels like a real home from home. Marco, met us at the apartment when we arrived, but really went above an beyond as our flight was delayed by two hours so we didn't arrive until 1.30am, but Marco still met us there. Marco was also great at responding to queries before our stay and provided some really useful information. I'm quite fussy, but would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are ever in Rome again.

Prettier than in the photos. Very comfortable, complete, clean, with many details that made our days in Rome unforgettable. Very comfortable beds, kitchen with all utensils, washing machine and clothes dryer. Without a doubt I would return to this place if we return to Rome and I highly recommend it!!

Exceptional stay within walking distance of the Colosseum
Wow! This apartment is amazing! The photos don't even do it justice. 5 of us stayed for 4 nights and it was luxurious and wonderful. Marco and Sara were on vacation so we didn't meet them but I feel like I did because we were in communication long before we arrived and throughout our stay. Eric met us with the keys and showed us around and he was so welcoming even though he was the only person in his street not on holiday! The apartment is quiet, so spacious and tastefully decorated with fab appliances. The beds are very comfy and all rooms are air conditioned. The welcoming sweets are a nice touch and the coffee machine and coffee was much appreciated. Location - what can I say - you can see the Colosseum from outside the front door! The apartment is located between Colosseo and Manzoni metro stations, both only a 7 minute walk. Buses stop even closer so you couldn't ask for better. It felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Marco booked a restaurant nearby (Naumachia) for our first night and it was the best meal we had in Rome. He also sent us lots of suggestions for places to visit, eat etc. He accommodated our request for an early checkout as we had to catch an early train. I'm so glad I found this paradise because it was heavenly to relax here after a busy day's sightseeing. I honestly didn't want to leave and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved it!
We absolutely loved the building- it was beautiful and a historical building! The home was impeccably clean (and I am a stickler for cleanliness, and it surpassed my expectations). The host even provided individual pouches of shampoo, conditioner and soap per person that were beautifully packaged. The home decor was so magnificent, and my three kids appreciated it and commented on how nice the rooms were- the flowers and vases were so gorgeous I couldn't help but take pictures of them :). The host was very accommodating and sent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We absolutely loved our stay and would do it again.

Loved our stay!
Marco and Sara are excellent hosts and communication prior and during our stay was excellent. Huge thank you to Erik for our warm welcome when we arrived and smooth check in and check out process. Place is very clean, large spacious rooms, beautiful decor which have that definite luxury feel throughout the apartment. Air conditioning available in every room, although if you keep the window shutters closed throughout the day, when we returned to the apartment in the afternoons, rooms were cool even when the outside temperature was in its high 38degrees. Large clean bathrooms, and kitchen facilities were perfect for our stay. Very comfortable and excellent quality mattress and pillows! This was perfect after travelling 32hours and finally being able to get rested sleep! Rooms and apartment surrounding very quiet in the evenings as well as throughout the day. Cafés and small supermarket are nearby the apartment. Last but not least, short distance walk to the colosseum. A perfect place to stay in Rome
Very spacious and ultra clean. Beds were all very comfortable (including sofa bed) Marco is a great host and made sure we were taken care of. 8 min walk to Colosseum and tons of great restaurants. Trevi fountain 20 min walk. Grocery store convenient 2 min walk. Also very quiet location. Street noise was non existent. Very nice historic building. Would definitely stay here again.

The best place to stay in Rome
Comfort, very spacious house with excellent location. Marco was very friendly and was attentive to us at all times, the house is super nice, it is equipped with everything we need and very close to all the places of interest, you have drinks in the fridge, shower gel, shampoo. Spectacular.

Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment
Well kept and very artistically decorated. Marco was a great host and this was one of the best apartments we stayed in. The location is great too, the colosseum was just a few mins away by walk.

Perfect Roman Apartment
This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment that is very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were extremely large and the bathrooms as well. The high ceilings made the entire apartment feel so much bigger. The kitchen was the perfect size, and the coffee machine was just what we needed. The furnishings were amazing and very authentic. The area was very safe and just a short walk to the Coliseum. Marco was so friendly and helpful, and made us feel like old friends upon meeting him. I will stay here again when I find myself back in Rome!

Italian dream
We were there for the weekend from 12 to 15th of May. The apartment was exactly as beautiful as on the photos on the website. The atmosphere in it is just gorgeous - the design, the furniture, the bathrooms are just an Italian dream. We were expected by Marco even though we arrived very late. He helped us with our baggage and took time to show us everything in the apartment. The check-in was very easy, fast and very friendly! I just recommend this apartment, also because of its location - 5 minutes and you are at the Colosseo. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, taxis etc. And the most appreciating thing is how Marco cares for his guests. Transfer was also arranged by Marco and Sara and it was a VIP transfer - very comfortable and very special. In the morning we got tips from him, where to have tasty breakfasts, he was also ready to book a restaurant for us. He was keeping in touch with us from the day of our booking till the very end of our journey. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and hopefully we will come back in a couple of years. Very kind greetings from Kazakhstan and Germany!

Amazing apartment
The location was within walking distance to the Colosseum and restaurants. We felt very safe in the gated building and there was a cafe we could go next door for breakfast. The apartment itself had all we needed with top range appliances. My children enjoyed themselves and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

PERFECT!
Only a stone’s throw away from the colosseum and very easy to find. It’s a beautiful old building with grand marble entrance and a lift. The apartment itself is perfect, beautifully finished with high ceilings and everything of top quality including Smeg appliances and everything you could possibly need. The whole place feels large and luxurious, Marco is a lovely man and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment as well as the surrounding area including local bars restaurants supermarkets etc. He arranged our private transfer to the airport and couldn’t do enough for us. If there was an option to give it 11 out 10 I would!
