On top of this, the charming town of Pula is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can reach a wider range of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets.
From this home, you can get to the serene Spiaggia di Nora in just 10 minutes by car. The bay of Chia and the jaw-dropping Tuerredda Beach are only a 20-30 minute drive away. Moreover, several hiking areas and remarkable nature spots are nearby. For example, the magical Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna sits only 10 minutes away by car. The phenomenal city of Cagliari is just a 40-minute drive away.

About the surrounding area of Villa PhandoraSituated in Southern Sardinia in a fantastic resort close to many jaw-dropping beaches, Villa Phandora offers an exceptional location. Just a five-minute walk away, you will find the resort’s golf club, complete with a Club House with its own bistro restaurant, a driving range, a fitness room, meeting rooms and a pro shop. For a wider array of amenities, head to the nearby town of Pula, just a 10-minute drive from the property. Here you can find a range of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and an interesting museum about the town’s history, Museo Civico Archeologico Giovanni Patroni.
Moreover, from this villa, you are within reach of some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. Take advantage of this and spend your days exploring the coast of Southern Sardinia. The mesmerising white sand beach, Spiaggia di Nora, sits only 10 minutes away by car. On top of this, head to the extraordinary Tuerredda Beach. Its Caribbean-style white sand and turquoise-blue water will take your breath away. This beach is only a 30-minute drive away and is one of the best beaches in Sardinia for snorkelling.
Furthermore, spending time in the Chia area exploring its beaches and natural scenery is a must-do. There are several glorious beaches here, but one of the most remarkable is the spellbinding secluded beach, Cala Vitiello, just 25 minutes away by car.
In addition, this part of the island is home to some spectacular hiking trails offering tremendous views. Drive 20 minutes away to reach Strada Romana, an ancient Roman road and hiking trail providing breathtaking sea views. Whilst hiking the Strada Romana be sure to stop at the scenic viewpoint, Scoglio del Vitellino. Additionally, make sure not to miss the exceptional Foresta Demaniale di Pixinamanna, where you can see some mind-blowing natural scenery and find several hiking paths only a ten-minute drive away.
Moreover, Sardinia is home to over 7000 Nuraghi, large stone towers developed during the Nuragic Age, which can’t be found anywhere else. One of the best places to see these wonders is Su Nuraxi in Barumini, a Nuragic village and UNESCO World Heritage Site, just over an hour’s drive away. From the villa, you can also easily reach the island's capital, the captivating city of Cagliari, just a 40-minute drive away.

Head for a family beach day at one of the several stunning beaches close to the property, where the children can enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water, building sandcastles or trying out watersports. Some of the best beaches for watersports in the area are those in Chia, roughly a 20-minute drive from the property. At these beaches, the kids can try their hand at kitesurfing and paddle boarding.
In addition, southern Sardinia is home to many fascinating historical sites which are sure to impress all ages. One of the most famous sites is the Archeological Site of Nora, just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Considered one of the best preserved historical landmarks in Sardinia, you can see the ruins of the Phoenician and Roman eras at this site.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Phandora in beautiful Sardinia, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the stunning natural surroundings and elegant design of the villa took our breath away. Nestled in the serene countryside with panoramic views of the mountains made the location with the perfect blend of tranquility and luxury. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Edoardo, the concierge. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was seamless. From the outset, he provided invaluable logistical information and recommended authentic local restaurants. One of the highlights of our trip was the wine tasting which Edoardo personally arranged for us. We faced a minor electrical outage which Edoardo handled quickly and ensured our stay remained comfortable. In summary, Villa Phandora is a spectacular destination and we recommend it highly!

Amazing stay at this villa! It completely matched the photos and was equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen utensils to laundry supplies. The service was top-notch, with room service and high-quality cleaning. The villa is located on a beautiful, well-maintained property where you can often see deer wandering around, which is a unique and charming feature. The terrace has a grill, and Netflix is available on the TVs. Overall, everything was perfect, 10/10, highly recommend!
