Seven bedrooms reside across three levels, including an ancient tower that has been converted into a suite with stunning valley views. Along with the wine cellars, the basement hosts a small gym with a Finnish sauna for ultimate relaxation.
With a large pool and a myriad of outdoor lounge seating, the estate’s park will be a huge hit. Dine under the shade of a fig tree, have a nightcap beneath the stars, or enjoy morning coffee on the covered terrace.
While day trips to Florence are a must, the lively town of Impruneta will delight with its summer concerts, year ‘round festivals, and famous terracotta kilns and pottery painting workshops.

About the surrounding area of Villa ImprunetaThe exclusive Villa Impruneta is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards in the hillsides of florentine Chianti, located on the road that connects Bagnolo to Impruneta. Villa Impruneta is located only 2 km from its namesake town. Impruneta is a very nice little town whose reputation is related to the production of cotto tiles. The cotto tiles of the Duomo in Florence were made in Impruneta. The famous tiles are included in the amazing ceilings of the villa as well.
Although the reputation of the estate is linked to the quality of its products (its wines and extra virgin olive oil have won a great number of prizes) guests are also likely to have interest in the historical and architectural elements of the villa.
Villa Impruneta is located only 12 km from Florence, a mere 20 minute trip by car. It is ideal for those who would like to visit the Uffizi or Ponte Vecchio without the inconvenience of finding parking for a car. In fact, the bus stops only 100 t from the villa's gate and takes guests directly to the center of Florence. The villa is also located close to Tuscany's main attractions: Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, and Cortona.

Host a small wedding for close family and friends at Villa Impruneta in Tuscany. With historic features dating as far back as the 14th century, embrace the rich heritage of this family home in the heart of the Chianti wine region.
The surrounding parkland is so romantic with olive trees, laurel hedges, shady trees and such a picturesque outlook whilst guests staying inside will be treated to a great sense of Italian grandeur.

Top notch outside of Florence.
The property is fantastic, and met all our expectations. Domitilla was easy to communicate with. She was always kind, professional, helpful and easy to deal with. The family history of the villa and property is special. Appreciated the breakfasts prepared and served daily. Very clean! Loved our stay!

Surpassed all expectations
Our week at the Villa surpassed all expectations for our family get together! The Villa is truly special. Each room had its uniqueness! The breakfast service was a treat and meals prepared by in-house chef were wonderful. The outside table setting just perfect. Imprunetta village is only a short walk away (though need to be wary of cars)Domitila readily answered all queries leading up to our trip which made planning easy. We loved our tour of the vineyard, cellar and tasting. We really couldn’t fault our stay. Highly recommend. Thanks to Domitila and her team

An oasis during the heatwave of Florence July 2023
The property is exactly as described and better. Domitilla is just a text away to answer any questions. Marco, the wine manager is so passionate about his craft make sure you take the vineyard tour with him. Jesus and Willy, the custodians, are helpful and pleasant. Wonderful to wake up to coffee and toast all days apart from Sundays. They kept the villa and our rooms immaculately. The pool is large and was much used by us all during the heatwave. Truly I can't say enough about this property, we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

Celebrating our 65 birthday!
We were so amazed at how beautiful the Villa was. It was everything and more than we thought it would be. The staff was amazing so unexpected. Domitilla was so sweet and helpful and always answered any of our questions. Our family will never forget the special trip, I hope to come back someday it was just beautiful.

Beautiful villa
We loved this historic home. The property is stunning. The soccer goals were an added plus! House can get pretty warm and with the mosquitos hard to keep windows open. But overall lovely stay.

Splendid Week at Villa Impruneta with our extended eamily
A group of our family gathered at the villa the week prior to our daughter's wedding and we had a marvelous time. The villa is incredibly spacious and the hosts were so kind. We never wanted to leave the property and the beautiful grounds. The chef prepared a delicious meal for us and the owners graciously conducted a lovely wine tour & tasting event for our group and other wedding guests (by pre-arrangement). We would not hesitate to return!

Wonderful Property Near Florence!!
This was our second visit to Villa Impruneta. We loved it the first time and even more on the second visit. Domitilla and her staff are super hosts in this centuries-old villa with much natural charm and beauty set in the idyllic rolling hills south of Florence, just enough out of town to be in the countryside but close enough for a quick trip into the city when desired. The villa was clean and well-furnished. Domitilla was most helpful with advice on restaurants and attractions as we planned the trip. She and her staff made it super easy to get settled with our first day pre-arrival food shopping and evening dinner after many hours en route. The abundant estate-produced wines available in the villa plus a special tasting and winery tour led by Marco added to our enjoyment. We have so many fond memories of our time at Villa Impruneta and highly recommend it, particularly for larger groups of family and friends traveling to the region.

Exceeded expectations
We just returned from a family trip of 9 adults at Villa Impruneta. The villa is located on an amazingly beautiful property surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards. Lots of space, plenty of room to spread out and also to get together. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Domitilla is lovely, helpful and quick to respond to all communications. We tried one of her restaurant recommendations - la Padellina - and it was the best meal we had during our 2 weeks in Italy. Jesus and Will made wonderful breakfasts. We all agreed that the whole experience exceeded our expectations, and we hope to return!

Amazing Stay!
This trip was for my family (sibilings) and a few of the adult children. There were 12 of us staying at Villa Impruneta and it was truly an amazing experience. From the original planning, Domitilla was gracious and helped us with all questions and a lot of our planning. She was truly a blessing. The staff (Jesus & Wil) at the property were also great, they prepared breakfast daily and we able to help with any needs we had. The property itself is incredible, the views amazing, a huge home with plenty of room for a large family event. We had a cooking class at the Villa, we had a prepared dinner one evening and both were outstanding. I would highly recommend this Villa and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you to Domitilla and the House Staff...we could not have been more pleased or had a more enjoyable stay.

Large accomodating villa
The property is huge. 3 very large living rooms plus a great room. Handles large groups well. On site staff helped a lot. Domitilla the owner gracious. The house is very old but they have made efforts to modernize. Lots of steps to overcome if any physical issues. Beds were very firm. Pool was a plus but mosquitos bit fiercely even with spray. Cabs from Florence was easy, getting cab back to Florence no good. Chauffeured service by Simon excellent but pricey. Overall good expeirence.

Best vacation rental we ever stayed in!
What a great place to have a family reunion! Domitilla and her staff did everything they could to make it a great experience for us. It was a week our four grandkids (age 6-10) as well as the rest of us will never forget. The Villa has everything you need….even an ice machine which is unheard of in Italy. I’ve already recommended Villa Impruneta to friends and family.

Outstanding place to have a family reunion
This was a great place to stay with all my family. it is a beautiful and comfortable house with all the amenities that you could think of. The place is very well maintained and clean. It was very good to have people preparing breakfast, cleaning the place and making the rooms. We also had a chef that prepared an excellent dinner for us. Is it located in the heart of Tuscany 30 minutes from Florence and 1hour from Siena and St. Geminiano. The advice of the owner, Domitila, was always helpful. If we have a chance to come back I won’t have any doubts to rent this place again.

Gorgeous Tuscan home!
We recently stayed at Villa Impruneta with a group of friends, including teenagers. The villa exceeded all of our expectations. It is a lovely property, with beautiful rooms, incredible views and great spaces to relax outside, including the pool. Our kids had lots of fun in the pool and there are many spaces to congregate together or to relax alone. I can't think of a more wonderful place from which to explore Tuscany. Domitilla and the staff make you feel at home immediately. I highly recommend this place to others and hope that I can come back again soon!
