What you should know…
- All bedrooms have air conditioning. Please note that there is no air conditioning on the ground floor because the villa is naturally cooled by stone walls, but we will provide you with fans.
- This villa accommodates 13 guests across 7 bedrooms. An extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the attic room at an additional cost, please enquire for more details.
- Other apartments and the owner’s house are located at the back of the property, with their private entrances on the opposite side of the complex.
- Please note air conditioning is featured only on the first and second floor.

Wonderful memories
My family and friends had the pleasure of staying at the Villa for a week in April. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us to sleep, dine and relax together after long days touring Florence. The grounds of the Villa were picturesque and peaceful - exactly what you would expect of an Italian villa. There is a beautiful winery just a short walk from the Villa where we had a private tour, wine tasting and light lunch. Grassina Village is a 15 minute walk down the hill from the Villa - cute shops, cafes, restaurants and grocery shopping. The walk back is all uphill but can be done if empty handed (call for a cab if you have groceries). Taxis were very easy to order for transportation to/from Florence. The property manager was amazing from start to finish and was available to help with any questions that arose during our stay. Wonderful memories were made and will be remembered for years to come!

Really fantastic stay, enjoyed my 30th birthday here with a group of friends. House is great, kitchen very well equipped and the pool area was fantastic.

Beautiful
Beautiful grounds, we especially loved the pool! The house is very clean and well equipped. Laundry was also very convenient. Large kitchen, dining and living spaces. Each room was ornately decorated. Check in was easy as we were pleasantly greeted and shown around the property. Would highly recommend!

Loved our stay
Our family loved our stay at the Villa. The location and convenience of the Villa was wonderful as we were attending a wedding at the nearby winery (5 min walk). The Villa looks like a museum with amazing artwork and furniture throughout. My kids loved exploring. Although the Villa is older, it was spotless!! The property manager hires the best cleaners. We are thankful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Amazing
What a wonderful home, and wonderful host. We were badly delayed in our arrival, but the professional manager on behalf of the host not only worked with our delay, but also arranged for some food to be picked up from the grocery before we arrived. The house and grounds are amazing, even better than the pictures indicate. The manager was immediately responsive to follow up questions once we were there. We had 11 people there, and every space was perfect. So many different places, inside and out, to gather and socialize. We used them all! Like the house, the pool area was immaculate, and a joy to gather around. Location is great too. The walk into Grassina is a little hilly, but short. There's even a wonderful winery less than a quarter of a mile down the road, and we went there a few times! Highly recommended!

Very unique
What an amazing experience old family mansion in Tuscany for family reunion. We spent several days. A/c in every bed room. Very unique Decor and art all over the place. Perfect infinity pool for kids to play all day long while we explore the huge property. Fully equipped kitchen and a host that want to make your vacation perfect. Thank you for all.
