- The villa was renovated using only local materials. We support local artists and have planted organic orchards and gardens that are self-sufficient, needing a minimal amount of water, such as at Corte Pantesca.
- There is a convenient guest house with a small bed and different comfort level if you need a private space to work, separate accommodation for your nanny, or are holidaying with guests.
- The villa has many valuable items, including artwork that is very precious to the owners. Therefore, children should be supervised around the villa.

Incredible view
Villa Compasso is a villa that I would call unique for location, architecture and finishes of great class. Designed and furnished with maximum taste it offered us all the comforts and a full well-being and relaxation. The villa is just a few steps from the centre, in an environment of olive trees and flowers. From any side you can enjoy the most incredible view of the city, with the hills of Fiesole and Settignano in the background. Living in the Dimora Bellosguardo left me a wonderful feeling of joy and desire to return.

Wonderful Villa
Villa Compasso is a wonderful villa in a lovely location, close to the city but in a hilly area, overlooking a breathtaking view of the Florentine monuments, all visible from the the main facade and caressed by the grazing light of the sunset.
The interior is fantastic and so comfortable! The garden is pleasantly shaded in summer, very well-kept and this makes the villa the ideal place for a holiday in Florence!
