Overview
The two-storey, detached, contemporary Villa Ambrini is in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. This one-hundred-sixty-square-metre villa has scenic rural views, manicured lawns, and a private pool. The villa has three spacious ensuite bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends' get-together.
Villa Ambrini can be easily accessed on either level. On the upper floor, an open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling countryside view windows gives access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, and must-have morning coffee machine. A six-seater dining set with a satellite TV is ideal for indoor entertaining. A dedicated study space has a desk, laptop screen, and an old-fashioned settle. A service area is where you can do a holiday wash and iron. The well-appointed bedrooms are all on this level, each with convertible king/twin beds draped in mosquito nets and ensuite shower rooms with hand basins, bidets, and WCs. Step onto the wrap-around balcony and sit at the wicker soft seating set to admire those views.
Take the stairs to the lower floor, where a living room with panoramic views and floor-to-ceiling windows opens onto the terrace. The seating area has a comfy sofa, two armchairs, handy coffee tables, and a bookshelf housing a satellite television. Relax in the fitness area, furnished with a Finnish-style sauna, state-of-the-art gym equipment, and a shower room.
Embrace the outdoors with four hectares of gorgeous grounds populated with olive trees, lawned gardens, and paved patios. The show's star is the step-entry swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and deck chairs. A summer kitchen with a gas hob and BBQ offers an alfresco dining experience with a six-seater dining set, a bar, and stools. Play ping-pong and practice your swing with the complete set of golf clubs.
Modern comforts include air conditioning, underfloor heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The best way to stay on holiday includes a first-night dinner with wine and a first-morning breakfast. The owner is on hand, and a concierge team can arrange airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and cooking classes. Added-value extras, such as sommelier-led olive oil tasting and in-villa cooking, are what holiday memories are made of.
