A mere stroll away from the lively city centre, Residenza Granaro remains in the loving care of an aristocratic Italian family, ensuring an authentic and distinguished experience. Residenza Granaro is the largest apartment of the three, boasting two elegantly furnished double rooms and a large bathroom, convenient for up to four people. In the apartment, guests can find a large open living and dining area designed for kicking back with an aperitif in the evenings, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Although complimentary breakfast items are provided, budding chefs are invited to whip up home-cooked meals using first-class appliances – and cherish them outside on one of the two private terraces.
Beyond the palatial interiors, Casa Bolini enchants guests with private gardens and terraces offering sweeping, panoramic views of the breathtaking surroundings. What you should know…
- A car is not necessarily needed, all you need can be found in the surrounding Orvieto. The owners will also be able to organise for you visits, pick-ups and tours.
- The owners occupy a private apartment on the first floor and are available on-site to provide concierge services and assistance as part of the staff. Although, guests can enjoy complete privacy by having the entire house at their disposal whenever required.
- Please note that guests might be sharing some facilities such as the rooftop terrace and gym with other guests.
