As well as the luxury of a heated swimming pool, surrounded by stylish wood decking, the manicured gardens feature a volleyball court, mini football pitch and a running track. That said, you may prefer to just spend your time lazing in the sun on the stunning poolside terrace.
If you can bear to leave your opulent home, there is so much of northern Italy to explore. Spend time in the enchanting city of Venice, just a 30-minute drive or short train ride away, where you can create unforgettable memories in one of the world’s most famous cities with its incredible palazzi, beautiful canals and mesmerising ambience.
The historic city of Treviso with its outstanding duomo is also a short drive away or head to the seaside resort of Jesolo with great windsurfing and a lovely family atmosphere. Wine-tasting, cycling, hiking and golf are also popular past-times in this fantastic part of Veneto in northern Italy.

- Two of the bedrooms have sofa beds and are best suited for one adult or two children each (fourth bedroom is in a separate poolside annexe)
- Some of the outstanding features in this unique villa include open-sided staircases, various levels including a mezzanine, basement Spa, open-plan showers and many beautiful objets d’art across the home
- Discreet and unobtrusive caretaker lives in a separate house on the estate and will undoubtedly come in very handy for managing all high-tech features of the house

Location
About the surrounding area of La TenutaNested between two canals and on a large private estate, this villa is close to a lovely village, Meolo, where you’ll find bars and a handful of restaurants. The nearest supermarket is a short drive away, where you can get some bits to cook on the barbecue back at the villa. If you prefer cycling, you can use the free bikes provided to get around and follow some of the different routes that take you through the local area and countryside.
Enjoy getting active? This home is close to a wide array of activities: tennis lovers can practise their backhand at the nearby court while golf fanatics work on their swing at the local course.
You can even surf at the nearest beach at the seaside resort of Jesolo (22km), where you will also find wind-surfing and wake-boarding when the conditions are good. This is a well-managed seaside resort with plenty of facilities for all ages from mini-golf and playgrounds to a vibrant night life.
As a wine region, there are many opportunities for wine tasting, the famous tour is in the neighbourhood and will take you through the different notes and flavours you can pick up when tasting different wines.
The fascinating walled city of Treviso (22km) is just half an hour away by car. Explore its charming historic lanes, dine alongside locals in excellent restaurants, admire the city’s waterways and visit the impressive Duomo and its frescoes.
Venice, the picturesque city that’s like no other, is just over half-hour's drive away. Alternatively, you can catch the train at the near Meolo Station (3km) to Venezia Santa Lucia on the Grand Canal. Only explored on foot, you can wander around the winding streets that are connected by miles of stunning canals. Take a waterbus along the Grand Canal and beyond or the most romantic may prefer a water taxi or gondola ride. With a wide range of historic sites, amazing museums, memorable landscapes as well as pretty restaurants and bars, exploring this city is a perfect day out.

Best Suited For: All AgesThis villa is nearby lots of activities that will keep the kids occupied for hours. The whole family will love taking the free bikes provided by the villa and cycling through the different routes around the countryside.
Challenge the kids to a game of tennis at the local courts (8km) and see who comes out on top. For a fun experience, head down to the local horse-riding centre (11km) where youngsters can spend some time riding through exciting trails.
Head to the local beach at Lido di Jesolo (22km) where older kids can surf or try water-sports such as wind-surfing and wake-boarding in the clear blue waters while toddlers play with the fine sand. There are also lots of playgrounds dotted about where little ones can run around and tire themselves out as well as family-friendly activities such as mini-golf as well as plenty of shops selling gelato.
For a day out the whole family will enjoy, drive around half an hour Aquaestate (41km) – one of the most exciting water-parks in the North of Italy! The 40,000m2 site is jam packed with exciting rides, waterslides and swimming pools. Younger guests can paddle in the splash parks while older children try out the adrenaline-filled slides. Finish the day with a picnic in one of the shaded eating areas.
