Casa Aventuras is a stunning, modern five-bedroom home away from home for twelve. Nestled inside a quaint gated community of Puerto Aventuras, it is a brisk walk away from some of the most spectacular coastlines of Mexico.It is built around picturesque cenotes that guests can access, with a freshwater system streaming below the property.
Casa Aventuras boasts an outdoor which is unmissable — think rustling trees and tropical landscapes, but with cutting-edge facilities. Bask outside in the private courtyard, teeming with verdant foliage and warm, gentle sunshine. Cosy loungers and sea beds are perfect for relaxing siestas by the private pool. Fire up the charcoal BBQ, and savour al-fresco meals in the outdoor bamboo gazebo. Watch the sun go down by the crackling fire-pit.
Hammocks are laid out around the house, perfect to unwind and soak in the property's balmy ambiance at any time of the day. There’s also a breezy palapa-styled terrace, which overlooks the marina and jungle. It offers spacious areas to lounge, along with a sleek bar, and an exclusive rooftop jacuzzi.
The interiors are equally sublime. You’ll find elegant rooms, complete with soothing décor, and a local, earthy spirit. Tropical designs meet rustic furnishing; flowerpots brim with honey-scented plants. Cobblestoned walls and intricate woodwork imbue a wholesome, beachy vibe.
The main floor offers two spacious living rooms with comfy seating areas. The dining table overlooks the pool through large wooden sliders. The kitchen is airy, and fully furnished with a refrigerator, coffee maker, oven and a blender. There’s an additional countertop along with high chairs, ideal for a sit-down tapas meal.
All five bedrooms are cosy and minimalistic, with rustic, wooden finishes and plenty of natural light. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, and the other three are located upstairs. While the master suite also comes with a private bathroom (along with a large walk-in shower), the remaining rooms share a common one. You also have access to private balconies from two of the rooms. Equipped with lounge chairs and coffee tables, they are perfect for gazing at unforgettable sunsets.

About the surrounding area of Casa AventurasCasa Aventuras is tucked away inside a quaint gated community in Puerto Aventuras, with the spectacular Riviera Maya close by. The villa is flanked by a host of underground cenotes, impressive beaches, along with lush marinas and vegetation.
Playa Del Carmen is approximately 23km away, a coastal resort town bustling with vibrant nightspots, grungy bars, and palm-lined beaches. Make sure to dine at Alux Restaurant on your visit here — it is built inside an underground cavern over thousand years old. From surfing and Catamaran experiences, Puerto Aventures’s beachfront excursions and watersports are some of its unmissable attractions.
Paamul Bay is in the north of Puerto Aventuras, and is the only marina between Cancun and Belize. Spend an afternoon swimming, fishing, and snorkelling past its vibrant sea life.
A 30 to 45-minute boat ride will take you to the north of Cozumel, where you can experience the captivating Cozumel Pearl Farm Beach — the only active pearl farm in the Caribbean. Run by a local family, it is a pristine, secluded hideout away from touristy crowds. Head offshore to visit one of the finest Barrier reefs in the world, the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, where you can witness its enchanting corals and marine life.
Around a 40-minute drive from the villa you’ll find the Mayan ruins at Tulum. Some the best-preserved ruins in a spectacular setting overlooking the Sea. A little further south in the town of town of Tulum, known for its laid-back vibes, stunning beaches and beachside nightlife.

There’s also Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, a stunning sight surrounded by scenic flora and fauna. Keep a close eye for its rich marine life such as manatees, crocodiles, and sea turtles. A daily chef service is included in your stay at Casa Aventuras! This service comprises of breakfast, lunch and dinner, 6 days a week. Please be aware that the cost of groceries is not included in your final rental price and a 20% shopping fee is applicable. Additionally, a food deposit of $1,000 USD for supplies, food and beverages is required minimum 7 days prior to arrival in the villa. Please enquire if you need more information.
