This stunning private complex is perfect for families or friends holidaying together who want the option to enjoy a private space when not swimming in the pool or relaxing on the soft sands with the rest of the group. These incredible beachside properties, surrounded by palm trees and overlooking glittering turquoise waters, are spacious and modern throughout with large windows allowing in plenty of light and sea breezes, contemporary style hand-crafted furniture, luxurious balconies and shower facilities, as well as incredibly well-equipped kitchen areas and living spaces.
There is a running theme of wood-on-white decor, with wooden flooring and hand-woven rugs, rich dark wooden door and window frames, exposed ceiling beams, and furniture made from raw natural materials. Sofas and beds are stylish and modern in design with chunky wooden frames and thick, plush cream cushions and seats. Accents of turquoise, pearl, and shell present in the fixtures and soft furnishings add depth and flashes of colour, and the bathrooms feature cool marble and stone, and stand-alone rain showers. Each casita features a formal dining area - one for 6 guests, and the other two for 4, as well as an incredibly modern and stylish kitchen, fully-equipped with electric ovens, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and food blender, as well as ample food preparation and storage spaces.
Once outside, either on your own private balcony or terrace, or on the beach itself, guests can enjoy incredible ocean views as well as a shared pool, hammocks, and barbecue area - perfect for al-fresco dining under the stars in this little piece of paradise!

Location
About the surrounding area of Soliman Bay EstateThe Soliman Bay Estate is located on the Riviera Maya, a stretch of Carribean coastline on Mexico’s northeastern Yucatan Peninsula. Known for its long beaches, all-inclusive resorts, and spectacular Mayan ruins perched high above the beach. This world-renowned paradise is situated just south of Cancun, and is home to mangroves, lagoons, ecological reserves, and the world’s second largest coral reef.
Located in a beachfront position on Soliman Bay Beach, this is the perfect spot to chill, sink you toes into the soft white sand or enjoy a spot of kayaking or paddle boarding on the calm blue waters. The popular town of Tulum is just a twenty-minute car journey from the villa, while Cancun airport is conveniently located just an hour and twenty minute drive away. Must-visit destinations along the Riviera include Playa del Carmen, once a sleepy fishing village but now a beautiful cosmopolitan town, the largest in the region. If you are interested in shopping, nightlife, and fine dining, then this is the place for you; whether you want a quiet coffee in a quaint cafe, rustic mexican food, or a dance-til-you-drop nightclub, there’s something for everyone.
Despite its whirlwind development the area hasn’t lost its charm, and visitors are still attracted to its beautiful beaches, perfect weather, and welcoming ambience. Perhaps the most well-known attraction in the peninsula, and maybe even the whole country, is Chichen Itza; a huge complex of pyramid-shaped Mayan ruins, built by the Mayan people 1200 years ago. These famous ruins are a UNESCO World Heritage sight, and really does need to be seen to be believed. The area is large, and is an ensemble of many greatly preserved ruins, not just the one pyramid that ends up in the guidebooks and on Instagram, so you’ll need a good couple of hours set aside to discover everything without rushing.
Once you have explored this incredible historic sight, why not get a traditional Mayan spa treatment at Hacienda Chichen’s Yaxkin Spa? Hidden away in the jungle garden you can choose to have a massage, face mask, algae body wrap, or other treatments, all based on natural Mayan cleaning and healing rituals. The perfect way to relax and indulge.

Region
Hugging the Caribbean coastline of Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula, Tulum enjoys incredible white sandy beaches, ancient Mayan ruins and a bustling cultural scene. This coastal town, once a quiet fishing village, has evolved into a sought-after destination, offering a unique blend of history, natural beauty and considerable contemporary charm. Tulum has embraced sustainable tourism and many resorts showcase eco-friendly architecture that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings. From boutique hotels to luxurious beachfront properties, these establishments often prioritize eco-conscious practices, making them a perfect choice for travellers seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and environmental responsibility. Tulum has become a global hub for wellness seekers, with numerous yoga retreats and wellness centres. Visitors can participate in beachfront yoga sessions, holistic spa treatments and meditation workshops, immersing themselves in a rejuvenating and mindful experience.
One of the most iconic attractions in Tulum is the ancient Mayan archaeological site, perched majestically on cliffs overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The well-preserved ruins include the Castillo, a towering pyramid, and the Temple of the Frescoes, adorned with intricate carvings. Visitors can explore the remnants of this once-thriving city and marvel at the ingenuity of the Mayan civilization.
Stretching along the coast, Tulum's beaches are renowned for their powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters. Playa Paraíso is a favourite among sun-seekers, offering a serene setting for relaxation and water activities. Snorkeling and diving enthusiasts can explore the vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life just off the shore. A unique architectural feature of Tulum's beachfront are the charming cabanas. These rustic yet stylish thatched-roof huts provide a cozy and intimate setting, allowing guests to experience the beauty of the Caribbean Sea right at their doorstep.
The Yucatán Peninsula is dotted with cenotes, natural sinkholes formed by collapsed cave systems. In the Tulum region, cenotes such as Gran Cenote and Dos Ojos beckon adventurers with their enchanting underground landscapes. These freshwater pools provide a refreshing escape from the heat and an opportunity for snorkeling and cave exploration. For nature lovers, a visit to the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve is a must. This UNESCO World Heritage Site encompasses a diverse range of ecosystems, including mangroves, wetlands and coral reefs. Guided tours offer glimpses of the region's rich biodiversity, with opportunities to spot dolphins, manatees and numerous bird species. Exploring Tulum by bicycle is a popular and eco-friendly way to take in the sights. The town and its surroundings offer bike-friendly paths, allowing cyclists to traverse the area at a leisurely pace, from the archaeological site to the vibrant town centre. Families with a love for wildlife can visit the Tulum Monkey Sanctuary, where rescued monkeys and other animals are cared for. Educational tours allow children and adults alike to learn about the importance of conservation and animal welfare.
A short drive from Tulum, Akumal is known for its serene beaches and the opportunity to swim with sea turtles in their natural habitat. The laid-back atmosphere and vibrant coral reefs make it a delightful day trip destination. Inland from Tulum lies Valladolid, a colonial town steeped in history. Its characterful streets, historic churches and vibrant markets provide a glimpse into Mexico's colonial past. The nearby Cenote Zaci offers a refreshing break for those exploring the town.
Tulum beckons with open arms, inviting you to explore its rich tapestry of culture and landscapes. It will send you home with marvellous holiday memories.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesThere aren’t many children who wouldn’t love to wake up at the beach, and a holiday at the Soliman Bay Estate offers just that; a chance to play in the sand under the palms, and paddle in the cool seas, before taking a dip in the pool. There is no safety rail or fence around the pool, and so parents will want to exercise the usual precautions where kids and bodies of water are concerned. Having said that, the spacious layout of each casita, and the luxury of having so much outside freedom to play and explore is sure to appeal.
For families holidaying on the Riviera Maya there is plenty on offer, besides the beach and glorious view. Xplor, situated in Playa Del Carmen is a theme park that pre-teens, teens, and adventurous parents will love! Featuring 2 miles of zip lines, underground rivers which you can swim or raft, and amphibious vehicles that you can drive through tunnels and caverns, it will be a day out you won’t forget - just remember to bring towels and water shoes to really enjoy the day. For something more appealing to the little ones, and those who don’t enjoy getting soaking wet, Tulum Monkey Sanctuary might be more up your street. Located on a large ranch the sanctuary is home to wild spider monkeys that you will be able to see in their natural habitat. The tours are kept small to keep it quiet and intimate, and kids will also get the chance to see burros, horses and other wildlife.
Animal lovers of all ages will also love a trip to Delphinus Xel-Ha in Tulum. Suitable for all ages, the attraction offers a variety of packages, each with a different level of dolphin interaction. Experiences range from 30 minutes in the water where guests can hug and kiss the dolphins, to being a trainer for a day and spending more than 3 hours learning the dolphin sign language and tricks. Other packages include taking a submarine walk with the dolphins underwater and learning activities such as jumps and foot pushes.
