Designed to symbolise the ultimate in relaxation, the Ananti Villas are inspired by Nepalese serenity and the luxury of the Middle East. The villas all face the deep blue Adriatic Sea, with panoramic views of the craggy coastline, flanking green forestry and soaring hills. The complex comprises eight villas, with a range of services available, including a Mediterranean restaurant and a well-equipped fitness centre.
From the Deluxe Villa, there is direct access to a sapphire blue pool that overlooks the dramatic scenery, while guests also enjoy access to an exclusive beach just a few metres away. Bedrooms are specially designed for a great night's sleep, taking feng shui into account. Supremely comfortable king-size beds are dressed in luxurious linen and soft pillows, decorated in tones of grey with splashes of colour.
Vibrant drapes flutter in the breeze through the floor to ceiling windows, soaking the room in Mediterranean sunlight. Step out onto the vast terrace space to enjoy the sunset over the Adriatic Sea and watch it turn gold in the evening light.
The living space is airy and open plan, with modern white sofas dotted with scatter cushions and a stylish coffee table. High ceilings are adorned with gold pendant lighting, and quirky lamps surround the room. The living room opens into the light and airy dining area, complete with sea views and a stylish dark wood table, comfortably seating eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen is also found here, with doors opening onto the well-designed terrace. Location
About the surrounding area of Deluxe Villa AnantiNestled in a quiet inlet called Reževići, surrounded by untouched nature and just a few metres from a wonderful private beach, the location of this villa is a real winner. The villa lies in the area known as the Budva Riviera, tucked away and peaceful but just a short drive to Montenegro's holiday hotspot.
Budva is the most popular town for visitors to Montenegro. With its imposing stone Venetian walls that once guarded the city from intruders and its cosmopolitan cafes and nightlife, Budva is an atmospheric and lively place to spend your time. The Old Town - also known as the Stari Grad - is charming and compact, easily walkable and full of cute cafes and lovely restaurants. Sample some Montenegrin classics such as punjene paprike - stuffed peppers, or gulaš - a hearty stew served with mashed potato.
Along the stunning Budva Riviera, there are 17 named beaches that hug the coastline from Jaz to Buljarica. Some great choices for a beach day include Pržno, which has sandy and rocky stretches along the same beach. Just in front of the town of the same name, the area is famous for a fragrant olive grove and for its epic sunsets. Kamenovo beach has crystalline turquoise waters and powdery sand. Mogren beach is the closest to the Old Town. Stop at a seaside cafe for some fresh seafood and a glass of local wine.
Delicately cradled on a peninsula, theres an ancient seaside citadel in a prominent part of the medieval Old Town. Here, you'll find historic churches such as St. John the Baptist, which has parts dating back to the 9th century and Holy Trinity, comprised of beautiful pink and honey coloured stone. There are also four monasteries called Stanjevići, Podmaine, Reževići and Gradiste.
There are a myriad of scenic hiking trails around the local area, including the Seven Bay Trail, with dramatic sweeping landscapes from Buvan to Sveti Stefan, a luxury resort. Take in several of the region's most beautiful beaches along the way. Another impressive and challenging hike is the Buvan to Majstori trail, which climbs over 3000m in elevation over the sea and its coastline, dotted with tiny local villages.
In summer, the town has a festival, with open air theatre and plenty of opportunities to see local dancing displays and folk music. International DJs play at beach parties - particularly Jaz beach - while revellers sip cocktails and dance the night away. There's an infectious festival atmosphere around the whole town.
At the villa, there are a multitude of amenities including a Beach Club, where guests can try stand up paddleboarding, swimming and snorkelling on the private beach. There's a fantastic Mediterranean grill restaurant on site - or simply enjoy a glass of wine on the atmospheric pier.

About the Region & Getting There
About Budva
Budva has been celebrated for its remarkable Riviera for decades! Not only are the beaches pristine and spoilt with turquoise waters, holiday-goers are continually reminded of this destination’s antiquated past wherever they look. With mesmerising streets in the Old Town and Monasteries rising over the symbolic Adriatic rooftop-slates, tourists unite in this glorious city for treasured holidays.
First stop, the Beaches! Budva’s coastline stretches for over 20km, so you will have to meander out of the city’s medieval walls to enjoy your choice of seventeen beaches. By far the most popular of these beaches is Jaz – here you will find lots of water-based activities that extend over the 4km shore. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, a day trip to the charming island of Sveti Nikola is urged. Not only will you experience stunning scenery, which locals liken to Hawaii, but you’re likely to see deer and rabbits. If the heat and sand is all becoming a little too much for you and the family, make sure to visit Aquapark Budva. This impressive facility not only has restaurants, shops and great views, but it also has a superb range of water related activities.
During the day, feel free to explore the Old Town. There’s lots to see and you will learn about this unique town’s history, so visit the numerous museums, the Citadel and Santa Maria del Punta Church. After some sightseeing, stretch your legs along the promenade that acts as a walkway between Budva and another of our favourites - Sveti Stefan. Perhaps stop off half way down this coastal boulevard and familiarise yourself with the Montenegrin food, which includes the well-known Njeguski Steak (schnitzel filled with Njegusi prosciutto & cheese), Buzara (shellfish & prawns) and Ispod Saca (a hearty stew). If shopping is your thing, we suggest a trip to Petrovac in order to explore the dozens of unusual boutiques that are still spoilt with prominent coastal views.
Budva does have a recognised nightlife scene, so if you fancy a cocktail in the evening then check out Mogren Beach or Maltez. Festival goers are drawn to this part of the world during late August for the intimate Sea Dance Festival.
Budva has seen some developed over recent years, but that hasn’t taken away from its 2,500-year history. If you want to be wowed by architecture, beaches and wonderful food & drink – we think you’ve found your next holiday!
Prior to Booking
As many of our regions in Montenegro are coastal, there can sometimes be some adverse weather. This tends to only really occur outside of the Peak Season though. When thinking about booking your holiday to Montenegro, please consult Foreign travel advice for more information.
Entry Requirements
Tourists who are British Citizens will not require a visa upon arrival, unless their stay lasts longer than 90 days. Please check Entry Requirements before departure.
Getting There
Sveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj are served by Tivat Airport and Podgorica Airport. Please note that Tivat is a smaller International Airport, which can experience overcrowding in Peak Season. Due to its proximity to Orjen & Lovćen Mountains, flights are sometimes re-directed to Podgorica Airport or cancelled in the case of bad weather.
From the UK:
Direct flights are available from London on Montenegro Airlines, easyJet, TUI, Ryanair and many others. Chartered flights are also available from several other UK airports.
From Dubrovnik, Croatia:
Connecting flights are available from Dubrovnik Airport to Podgorica Airport.
By Bus:
GetByBus operates from Dubrovnik, Tivat and Podgorica to Sveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj. Journeys can take up to 4 hours and 45 minutes.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesA holiday in Montenegro is a brilliant choice for a family trip. Children receive a warm welcome from locals, particularly in restaurants and cafes. In Budva, there's a great atmosphere and plenty of activities going on during the Summer Festival. Open air theatre, local dancing displays and folk music demonstrations are perfect for children of all ages. Teenagers and older children will adore the buzz and lively atmosphere of Budva.
This villa is particularly well suited to hosting the younger members of the family. During high season, there is a great kids club to keep little ones entertained. Teenagers and older children will adore getting stuck into the virtual reality games room, fighting off aliens and robots and playing in another world. The turquoise infinity pool is bound to be a big hit with children of all ages - they'll love splashing around and jumping in.
A beach day is always a winner in Montenegro. Active kids will love trying out the water sports on offer at the private beach and swimming in the sea. A little further afield, the stunning beaches around the Budva Riviera are perfect for families. There are both sandy and pebbly beaches on offer. Mogren - which is actually two beaches joined by a tunnel - is a beautiful and peaceful beach ideal for families. This is also the closest beach to the Old Town.
There's plenty of tasty treats such as flaky borek pastries for them to try all over the city - the famous bakeries are often popular with children. Adventurous kids will love trying out some Montenegrin classics such as punjene paprike - stuffed peppers, or gulaš - a hearty stew served with mashed potato.
Strolling around the labyrinth of walled lanes in the Old Town is an ideal activity for kids who love to explore and imagine themselves in medieval times, fighting off invaders. There are plenty of little shops and hidden corners to discover. Montenegro famously has a lot of kids' playgrounds to keep them busy while the grown ups are enjoying a coffee in peace.
