For the perfect blend of elegance and seclusion, Signature Villa Ananti offers a taste of luxury across its resort, villas and beach club in the striking location of Rezevici, Montenegro. Unlike other destinations that have become almost too popular and populated, Montenegro remains somewhat elusive and mysterious, with a captivating charm that remains a well-kept secret.
The Mediterranean has long drawn worshippers seeking sun and simplicity, but if you want solace served with your style, Rezevici is the ideal location, marrying rogue wilderness, striking beaches and a taste of pristine privilege.
A collection of stylish residences located in the heart of the Budva Riviera, guests can opt for one of the 3 and 4-bedroom villas, ideal for relaxing in style whilst enjoying soothing panoramas, private pools, shaded terraces and ethereal gardens. Despite its central location, the villas themselves are nestled in the secluded inlet of Rezevici, lending privacy to paradise. This makes it an ideal combination of quaint quietness, with plenty of opportunities to explore historical local sites and towns, ravishing wild beauty and delightful coastlines.
Revellers can choose between eight villas and two suites whilst enjoying the tasty TerraMar restaurant, open heated pool, spa and wellness centre, gym and Panorama Café (so named thanks to its generous vistas.)
The Signature Villa offers optimal space and luxury and sprawls along the waterfront, offering gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea. Perfect for families and couples alike, the property offers two levels of paradise, with a living room and library opening up into a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and terrace, perfect for wistful evenings languishing in the sun. The double king size bed, bathroom with rain shower and dressing area, add simple luxury to a night of getting ready, and there’s a secret room for stashing items of value. Level one boasts a master bedroom and a beautiful rounded bathtub with a rain shower. The property is perfectly positioned for comfort, complete with floor heating, air conditioning and an interphone. Guests can also enjoy their own private garden and even stoke a barbeque to life if they so desire. No evening is complete without a moonlit swim, and the outdoor heated pool provides ample opportunity to do so.

Location
About the surrounding area of Signature Villa AnantiOne of the Mediterranean’s best-kept secrets, this stunning collection of villa residences is perfectly poised in the secluded inlet of Rezevici, in the heart of the Budva Riviera. For those seeking something special, the villas form part of the only five-star resort in the whole of Montenegro that offers villas with between 3-4 bedrooms, making them ideal for couples or families and groups of friends who may wish to enjoy the serenity together.
What makes this location so special is that it remains elusive to the wider world of tourism. Where some destinations have become saturated and spoilt with tourists, Montenegro has retained its elusive mystique. Remaining a mystery to most, it can still be enjoyed secretly, rendering the villas perfect for those who seek privacy and quality time with loved ones in a stunning unspoilt location.
Tapering along the wild coastline, each villa boasts a panoramic view of the Adriatic. Beyond the grounds themselves, which house a health and wellbeing centre, gym, heated pools and striking coastline, lovers of culture and history can explore what makes Montenegro Montenegro, including sleepy local towns, cultural sites and untamed natural beauty.
Easily within reach of major European capitals, Montenegro can be reached via Tivat Airport, Podgorica Airport and Dubrovnik Airport, Croatia. Budva Riviera itself is the tourist capital of Montenegro, making it the perfect place to seek out all forms of entertainment and nightlife. As one of the warmest parts of the Mediterranean, slipping into the sea is a breeze. Montenegro can meet the needs of those seeking peace and quiet, the hustle and bustle and adventure all in one, so it’s a wonderful choice for those entertaining families with different desires.
If you’re looking to explore further afield, Sveti Stefan Island offers a captivating blend of natural and man-made landscapes, and Perast and the Bay of Kotor offer something very special as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Swimmers and nature lovers can explore Skadar Lake, the largest freshwater lake in the South of Europe. You can also explore the Tara River Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe, and Ulcini’s Grand Beach, the longest beach on the Adriatic.
Whether you stay in your decorated garden, heated pool, and private beach, head into the heart of Budva or explore further afield, magic and enchantment lies ahead.

About the Region & Getting There
About Budva
Budva has been celebrated for its remarkable Riviera for decades! Not only are the beaches pristine and spoilt with turquoise waters, holiday-goers are continually reminded of this destination’s antiquated past wherever they look. With mesmerising streets in the Old Town and Monasteries rising over the symbolic Adriatic rooftop-slates, tourists unite in this glorious city for treasured holidays.
First stop, the Beaches! Budva’s coastline stretches for over 20km, so you will have to meander out of the city’s medieval walls to enjoy your choice of seventeen beaches. By far the most popular of these beaches is Jaz – here you will find lots of water-based activities that extend over the 4km shore. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, a day trip to the charming island of Sveti Nikola is urged. Not only will you experience stunning scenery, which locals liken to Hawaii, but you’re likely to see deer and rabbits. If the heat and sand is all becoming a little too much for you and the family, make sure to visit Aquapark Budva. This impressive facility not only has restaurants, shops and great views, but it also has a superb range of water related activities.
During the day, feel free to explore the Old Town. There’s lots to see and you will learn about this unique town’s history, so visit the numerous museums, the Citadel and Santa Maria del Punta Church. After some sightseeing, stretch your legs along the promenade that acts as a walkway between Budva and another of our favourites - Sveti Stefan. Perhaps stop off half way down this coastal boulevard and familiarise yourself with the Montenegrin food, which includes the well-known Njeguski Steak (schnitzel filled with Njegusi prosciutto & cheese), Buzara (shellfish & prawns) and Ispod Saca (a hearty stew). If shopping is your thing, we suggest a trip to Petrovac in order to explore the dozens of unusual boutiques that are still spoilt with prominent coastal views.
Budva does have a recognised nightlife scene, so if you fancy a cocktail in the evening then check out Mogren Beach or Maltez. Festival goers are drawn to this part of the world during late August for the intimate Sea Dance Festival.
Budva has seen some developed over recent years, but that hasn’t taken away from its 2,500-year history. If you want to be wowed by architecture, beaches and wonderful food & drink – we think you’ve found your next holiday!
Prior to Booking
As many of our regions in Montenegro are coastal, there can sometimes be some adverse weather. This tends to only really occur outside of the Peak Season though. When thinking about booking your holiday to Montenegro, please consult Foreign travel advice for more information.
Entry Requirements
Tourists who are British Citizens will not require a visa upon arrival, unless their stay lasts longer than 90 days. Please check Entry Requirements before departure.
Getting There
Sveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj are served by Tivat Airport and Podgorica Airport. Please note that Tivat is a smaller International Airport, which can experience overcrowding in Peak Season. Due to its proximity to Orjen & Lovćen Mountains, flights are sometimes re-directed to Podgorica Airport or cancelled in the case of bad weather.
From the UK:
Direct flights are available from London on Montenegro Airlines, easyJet, TUI, Ryanair and many others. Chartered flights are also available from several other UK airports.
From Dubrovnik, Croatia:
Connecting flights are available from Dubrovnik Airport to Podgorica Airport.
By Bus:
GetByBus operates from Dubrovnik, Tivat and Podgorica to Sveti Stefan, Bar & Ulcinj. Journeys can take up to 4 hours and 45 minutes.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesMontenegro is a safe and welcoming destination for families and children, bringing that warming Mediterranean vibe. The villas themselves are stocked with all the creature comforts families may need, but parents may wish to supervise children on the balconies and in the gardens and heated pools. The seclusion of the villas makes them perfectly private, but it’s important to monitor children in these areas and at the private beach.
As well as the pools, gardens, beaches and on-site restaurants, children and teenagers can enjoy the video games room and the game zone room for children and adults alike, marking plenty of opportunities for family fun. The villa houses two bathrooms, making it ideal for parents and children to get ready simultaneously. The daily housekeeping service ensures that your villa remains spick and span whilst the room dining service allows an assortment of delicious dishes and refreshments to be brought to families who may want or need a relaxed night in.
There are plenty of opportunities for cosy family time on the terrace, making meals in the fully equipped kitchen or sitting in the luxury living room soaking up those views. Beyond the villa itself, there’s so much to enjoy with your loved ones. Whether your children enjoy picturesque markets, quaint villages and towns, oodles of dramatic nature, a taste of adventure or staying up late for a slap-up Mediterranean meal, there’s plenty to enjoy together.
Make sure to check out the Budva Masquerade Carnival, the Boka Nights festival (fun for boat lovers and non-boat lovers alike), music festivals, concerts, sporting events and colourful street artists. There’s also plenty of food to try, water sports for older or more adventurous children, and opportunities to try yachting and paragliding.
A trip to Alstadt, the Old Town makes a lovely day expedition, whilst other children might find themselves enchanted by the Statua Ballerina. A trip to Mogren Beach is wonderful for water babies and the Budva City Walls are a great way to stretch the legs for older children. Take them to the Tara Bridge, one of the tallest in the world for breath-taking, barely believable views, and the peaceful Ploce Beach if you crave harmony. If you want a feel of Dubrovnik in neighbouring Croatia, take them to Stari Grad, a fun place to explore many street shops, tasty local food and Venetian style residences. There are plenty of museums and churches too, and Trg Izmedju Crkava is a bustling square full of activities for livelier kids.
Sublime and safe, children are very much part of the pack in Montenegro. They’ll be catered to and welcomed wherever you go, making this an excellent choice for families of all sizes and ages. Be mindful that small children may struggle in the sun or need to be carried on longer walks or trips – but they’ll be very tended to by the local people who thrive in a family-oriented culture.
