A wonderful experience
I recently stayed at Dar Aouzal and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the Dar El Bacha Museum, making it easy to catch taxis and explore the city. Plus, there are plenty of delicious restaurants within easy walking distance, which was super convenient.
The riad itself has lots of communal spaces to relax in, and the pool is a real highlight, especially for cooling off from the heat! The beds were really comfortable, and two of the bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, one of the upstairs bedrooms, which connects to another room, doesn't have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm.
While the wifi is very strong in the communal areas downstairs, it doesn’t quite reach upstairs, but that didn’t affect us too much as we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful common spaces. The staff were all absolutely lovely and really made our stay feel special.
Overall, a great place to stay in Marrakech!

Dar Aouzal is a beautiful, peaceful retreat perfectly located to explore Marrakech. The decor is welcoming, and the pool is a refreshing escape after a day of sightseeing. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with delicious, filling breakfasts every morning. The riad is close to great restaurants and all the city's main attractions, making it the ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend!
