Arrived early however Marion happy to accommodate us and met us at the Villa. The Villa is outstanding in every way and the provision of items in the fridge and a bottle of wine was a great touch.

The villa was a dream!
The villa was a dream! We felt right at home. There was nothing that didn’t exist. The kitchen is very well equipped and the huge sofa very comfortable. We would recommend the villa to anyone, whether families with infants (like us) or as a group. We would love to come back
-

Comfortable stay!
The place is accurately represented by the pictures. It’s a very well equipped villa that makes for a very comfortable stay. Matthijs and the rest of co-hosts are very communicative, responsive and helpful, making the check-in & check-out experience, and everything else very easy, practical, and smooth. We would be happy to return for a further exploring tour of the Algarve!

Very welcoming!
A refurbished, tastefully decorated villa. Very spacious. Being 9 we all had our privacy. The bathroom and toilet in each room are very much appreciated. The exteriors and the pool are very well appointed. Very friendly welcome, small attention to our arrival to start a good holiday. Very responsive during the stay. Thanks to Marrion and Matthijs.

100% recommended
Excellent communication. Very spacious house, renovated in excellent condition and very clean. No air conditioning, but with fans in every room and cooled floor that made the house quite fresh (we didn’t miss AC). Mini market in front of the house for very practical shopping. 100% recommended for family vacations or groups.
-
The house is beautiful
The house is beautiful, the amenities are at the top. The welcome basket with all the local products was very appreciated. Only small negative point, a little noisy environment at night (dogs and refrigeration group from the store in front of the house). Still very pleasant stay.

Everything we needed for
We spent a relaxing week at Moradia Messines, excellent communication from our host and seamless check-in process on arrival. We had everything we needed for a great family holiday, what was even more special was it is wheelchair accessible throughout and arranging the delivery of specific accessibility equipment was not an issue. The local shop across the road had everything you could need and the pool was very welcoming! Overall a fantastic house/trouble-free experience, thoroughly recommended.
-
I highly recommend it
The house was new and totally corresponded to the photos. The communication was very easy and the check in and check out went smoothly! The only bad points were the lack of network in the location of the house, the internet that did not reach the rooms and the light that went out too often. Great option if you want to spend a few days holiday with friends or family.
-
Best holiday home ever
It has everything you need and more. Tt was so peefect it was hard to get out of the house. The hosts are amazing and organized. If you are worried about the lack of AC, don’t be, he house keeps cool very efficienty.

It was a wonderful vacation
The house is fantastic and has everything a family needs to spend a good few days. To improve, perhaps the possibility of having air conditioning for the hottest days, otherwise it is perfect. Communication was excellent and the person who received us, Marrion, was always helpful, putting himself at our disposal for whatever we needed.
