Located just 200m from the beach, Villa Corda is a luxurious and spacious holiday home in the heart of the Algarve that oozes sweet family charm. With four bedrooms, this villa sleeps up to ten guests comfortably, making it the ideal choice for a large family, group of friends or multiple couples seeking a fun and relaxing holiday. With excellent facilities within the villa and on your doorstep, as well as a very convenient location, this wonderful villa offers guests the chance to make some lasting memories with loved ones.
The exterior of Villa Corda is truly stunning; a small fish pond greets guests as they enter the property, and there are all kinds of exotic plants and trees surrounding the perimeter, providing privacy for guests. At the back of the house sits the stunning pool area, where guests can cool off from the blazing Algarve heat in the crystal clear water, or top up their tan on one of the many indulgent sun loungers with a good book and a drink in hand. A lush green lawn encircles the villa, providing plenty of room for exploring and having fun with the family! There is a lovely dining table and seating area under a pretty pergola, where you can simply relax or enjoy alfresco meals with loved ones, prepared on the fantastic barbecue. Next to the outdoor dining area is a built-in fire pit, where everyone can gather after a delicious meal and spend some quality time together.
Inside, the villa is bright and airy with high ceilings and plenty of space for everyone to come and go as they please. A large central living area provides plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, with a fireplace and a TV for late night movies. The dining area provides a casual but lovely setting for a dinner party, and the fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of prep space and state-of-the-art appliances. Elegant French doors flood the entire property with light and allow a seamless flow between the indoors and outside. Three bedrooms can also be found downstairs; these are comprised of a double en suite, as well as two twin rooms that share a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine above the living room with a double bed. All four of the bedrooms offer stylish serenity and unadulterated comfort, each with their own gorgeous interior ensuring that guests feel at home during their stay in the villa. The bathrooms are also a good size and finished to a very high standard. There is also a snooker table and table football in the basement garage for those with a competitive streak!
Should you wish to explore outside the villa, there is a vast variety of activities nearby to entertain the whole family. The nearest beach is just a short stroll away, and Albufeira beckons with its exciting nightlife, wonderful restaurants and fabulous shopping. Vilamoura is also close by, with a fantastic marina and excellent golf courses on offer, what more could guests want? Faro airport is under an hours’ drive away, meaning getting there could not be easier. With its impressive facilities and ideal location, Villa Corda has everything guests need to completely relax and unwind.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa CordaVilla Corda is located in a quiet but popular residential area in-between Vilamoura and Albufeira, a gorgeous coastal city in the famous southern Algarve region of Portugal. Once a bustling fishing village, it has since become a major holiday destination with tourists flocking from all over the world to enjoy the Portuguese sunshine. With Falésia beach just 200m away, as well as a host of amenities on your doorstep, Villa Corda provides guests with an extremely convenient location.
Albufeira is famed for its stunning sandy beaches and is also home to a busy nightlife strip. Don’t let that fool you though, Albufeira has something for the whole family! Nearby attractions include theme parks, safari, sea experiences, surfing, diving, dolphin spotting, paintball, water sports and much more!
It is an excellent location to people-watch with seafront restaurants being beautiful choices for freshly caught fish and dining under the sunrise or sunset. Galeria de Arte Pintor Samora Barros is in this area and is an art gallery dedicated to showcasing the work of late Portuguese painter Samora Barros.
Vilamoura, also a short drive away, is a trendy seaside town, that attracts a classy traveller. A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. The glamour does not end there, as Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, two alluringly sandy beaches, can be found very close by.
This region of Portugal has a fine reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from. If you have any backhanded thoughts regarding golf, never fear, as Vilamoura has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from. Numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town allow you to enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips. With a vast coastline that meets the powerful Atlantic Ocean, Portugal is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try it for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast. And even for those less enamoured with surfing, the beaches of Portugal are well worth a visit for their beautifully clear waters.
The closest city is Faro, and it only takes half an hour on the road, so consider renting a car to make the most of your time in the Algarve.

THE REGION
Olhos d’Agua offers the best of both worlds when it comes to holidaying in the Algarve. This low-key little fishing village has the all charm and relaxing vibes of a sleepy town by the seaside combined with the lively buzz of its neighbouring resort towns like Albufeira.
Olhos d’Agua is first and foremost ideal for a holiday on the sunny beach, and you’ll surely spend most of your time here either stretched out on the sand or playing around in the water. Walking the cobbles streets of the village, you’ll encounter quaint seafood restaurants and bars but there’s not much of a nightlife. This is why Olhos d’Agua is the perfect destination for a chilled-out family break. As is Boliqueime, a quaint little village with a historical feel just a short drive from Olhos d’Agua where you can retreat in absolute stillness and make day trips to surrounding towns and attractions.

Best Suited For: All AgesGuests will find no shortage of golf courses, wellness facilities and even tennis courts for the whole family to enjoy in the Algarve! The private pool in the garden offers a prime space for children to have fun and tire themselves out, while you look on from the comfort of a sun lounger, ensuring you have an opportunity to relax and keep an eye on the little ones. A cot is also available upon request.
The family-friendly environment of the Algarve means that children are welcomed wherever they go. There are plenty of children’s play areas and activities in Vale do Lobo, including golf, tennis, diving, canoeing, cycling and sailing boat rental. On your doorstep, you will find endless opportunities for an active day out Iberian sun, while the location on one of the best beach areas of the Algarve ensures you can enjoy a traditional family day trip to the beach, where snorkelling, boating excursions and thrilling watersports are all on offer.
There is the fantastic Zoomarine waterpark located in Guia; with several restaurants on the complex and plenty of green space to kick back, mums and dads can have a well-earned break while the kids amuse themselves on the big wheel, log flume and pirate ship: the ideal way to spend a day out. Slide and Splash, located in Estômbar, is full of spiralling water chutes and slides as well as river rapids and a giant jacuzzi. Aquashow another waterpark, located in Quarteira, also offers bird of prey and parrot shows, mini golf and a wax museum.
Visit Krazy World Zoo in Algoz, where there are not only animals to look at but lots of activities to get involved in too. Feeding times are always popular, as are the reptile shows. Kids can have a go at pony riding, play mini golf, take a dip in the tropical pools or enjoy some time at the little funfair. It is easy to spend a whole day at this popular attraction. For the speed demons, there is a fun go-karting centre located very close to the villa!

Lovely villa and location
We liked the layout of the villa, the abundance of spare sheets and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very quiet. We also were very impressed with the staff at Olivers Travels, very professional.

Loved the villa, privacy of the pool. Location was great, near the beach was amazing. Quiet and away from the busy town of Albufeira but only a short taxi ride away. As was Vilamoura. A couple of minor things to call the on-site contact about, but all sorted and very responsive. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday and would definitely be back. Thanks so much for a memorable holiday for my family. Loved the villa, privacy of the pool.

Like other hosts we feel the same (the good and the bad). Our family is Portuguese and the 9 (2 children under 3 and 7 adults) of us are very familiar with the area and location of this villa. I’ll start with the good. Very communicative team. I was hesitant knowing the property was run by a management team and not a sole owner - I still have mixed feelings, however they did respond promptly prior to check-in though it was a tad frustrating having multiple people respond to 1 email I would still recommend this villa - remember it’s a great location and the outdoor area is gorgeous. Everything else is basic but that’s all you need. The kitchen also has everything you need.

Great place for group stays!
Stayed with 9 other people and we all loved the villa. The pool and grill are perfect for entertaining, and it’s a quick Uber to the neighboring, big cities and a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend Thank you for being such an accommodating host especially for such a large group!
