Villa Ella is a stunning, modern and stylish 5-bedroom villa set back from the Algarve coastline and only a couple minutes’ walk to the beach and all amenities.
Set within a well-maintained garden plot, there is an excellent swimming pool and additional smaller children’s pool, perfect for cooling down after a long day in the sun. Furthermore, there is plenty of covered and uncovered dining areas, great for outside dining. This property boasts exceptional views of the coastline due to its elevated position and even comes with a separate games room complete with a pool table, TV and DVD player which will keep the whole family happy.
Set over 2 storeys, Villa Ella has been decorated to an extremely high standard, making the most of the natural light. The lounge has ample facilities including a TV, DVD player, CD player, Free Wi-Fi and a PlayStation 3. The large kitchen has all modern facilities and even has handy laundry room attached. The whole property is air conditioned which you will appreciate due to Portugal’s all year round hot weather. All bedrooms (4 double and 1 twin) have their own private bathrooms, great for large groups of people who are looking for their own space. If the total number of guest is less than 6 there will be 3 bedrooms available, the same for 8 pax with 4 bedrooms and 10 pax with all bedrooms availabe.
The outside area is extremely desirable with plenty of sun-loungers, 2 swimming pools, a built in barbecue and lawn gardens, great for playing games. The most desirable aspect about this property is its location, which is only a couple minutes’ walk to Olhos de Agua. Here you will find beaches, golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets allowing you to be as private or as sociable as you want.

End of stay cleaning included? | Yes, and mid-week cleaning included (2 times per week). However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
Internet access? | Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price. |
Minimum stay | 7 nights. All other durations on request. |
Changeover day | Saturday during: 5th April until 18th April (Easter) 24th May until 30th May (School Holidays) 5th July until 29th August (Summer) 18th October until 31st October (Halloween) Otherwise flexible during all other periods. |

Pool heating charge? | For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €400/week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Pool heating is only available from 05/04 - 31/10. |
Tax | Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night for over 13's (max. 7 nights) is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid in cash on arrival to the supplier. |
Insurance | Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. |

Lovely, big, well built and secluded villa. Everything inside that you could want.......except comfortable beds and pillows.
Beds are incredibly hard and pillows are basic synthetic.
