Located in the small friendly village of Olhos D'Agua, Villa Millie is a spacious five-bedroom villa suitable for up to ten adults.
Set within a well-maintained garden plot, there are an excellent swimming pool and additional smaller children’s pool, perfect for cooling down after a long day in the sun. The vast outdoor space makes this holiday home the ideal place for families or groups of friends to enjoy a sunny holiday together. Not only is there plenty to do in the villa but the beach and other amenities are just a short walk away. Moreover, drive 15 minutes to Vilamoura and browse the boutique shops and marina. Either way, this villa is in a great location, allowing large groups to enjoy themselves in a lovely property.
Set over two storeys, Villa Millie is decorated to a high standard and tastefully designed with comfort in mind, giving it a real homely feel. All five bedrooms (4 doubles and one twin) have their private bathrooms, allowing privacy for large groups. The lounge has ample facilities including a television, DVD player, CD player, Free Wi-Fi and a PlayStation 3. If that is not enough, there is also a separate games room near the pool area with an additional pool table, television and DVD player, plenty to keep the whole family happy.
The kitchen is furnished with all modern appliances, including a large fridge, essential for a large family or group of friends.
The outside area is extremely desirable with a variety of seating and dining areas allowing you to dine al fresco, making use of the barbecue. There are also relaxing sun loungers around the pool where you can soak up the Algarvian sunshine while enjoying the views.
Overall, Villa Millie is the perfect villa for large families or groups of friends who want the comfort and space of their own while being located near to all the necessary amenities.

THE REGION

End of stay cleaning included? | Yes, and mid-week cleaning included (2 times per week). However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
Internet access? | Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price. |
Minimum stay | 7 nights. All other durations on request. |
Changeover day | Saturday during: 5th April until 18th April (Easter) 24th May until 30th May (School Holidays) 5th July until 29th August (Summer) 18th October until 31st October (Halloween) Flexible during all other periods. |

Pool heating charge? | For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €400/week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Pool heating is only available from 05/04 - 31/10. |
Tax | Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night for over 13's (max. 7 nights) is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid in cash on arrival to the supplier. |
Insurance | Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. |
Other Ts and Cs | Please note that access to the bedrooms is dependant on the specific price band selected when placing a booking. In order to have access to more rooms, guests will need to select a higher capacity at the start of the booking process (for example, 6 guests will have access to 3 bedrooms, 8 guests will have access to 4 bedrooms, etc...). Excellent
Our short stay was not long enough but the villa was fantastic with everything anyone could wish for. Clean, tidy and neat touches for both halloween and birthday in our group were excellent. Look forward to a return stay.

Had a fabulous week at Villa Millie, with family and friends.
Facilities are fantastic, with a great kids pool for our 2 years old grand daughter. We will certainly be back and would have no hesitation to recomend to anyone!!
