Situated over 3 levels, the villa can sleep up to 19 guests. Villa Ferragudo has been completely refurbished and updated with modern facilities throughout to create a unique yet comfortable property. The original furniture has been restored to help maintain the traditional features and incorporate the family coat of arms.
The drawing room has patio doors leading to a lovely balcony with beautiful coastal views. The lower ground floor also has a bedroom, perfect for children with 3 single beds and leads directly out to the pool terrace.
Head outside and enjoy the various terraces with plenty of areas to relax, soak up the sunshine and admire the views. Take a dip in the private swimming pool or relax on the sun loungers.

The Villa
Located on the Western side of the Algarve, the house is perched on the cliffs of Ferragudo. It faces West over the bay of Lagos and towards Sagres and the setting sun. The view is of the peaceful waters of the Algarve coast and yachts making their way from the marinas and of fishing boats passing in front of the house.

THE REGION
Portimão is the largest city in the western Algarve and was traditionally a centre for shipbuilding, sardine fishing and fish processing. Today, most of that industry has been replaced by tourism, leisure and retail, leaving Portimão as a large and residential city. Perhaps the most attractive part of the town is the riverfront which runs from the marina to beyond the road bridge. There are several squares along this stretch, which become increasingly less touristy as you head away from the marina.
Of course, Portimão is probably best known for the fantastic beach of Praia da Rocha. Located about 3 km south of the town, this is one of the most impressive stretches of sand on the Algarve coast. Take a trip up the Rio Arade and explore the local area, or get out and active in the sunshine. Beautiful house with breathtaking views
We had a family reunion in Portugal and stayed in this incredible house. The views are breathtaking and there is so much room in the house. Great outdoor space and well stocked kitchen. Great for big group dinners and family time.

Wonderful Time
I just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time at the Villa. All 14 of us (7 adults & 7 kids) enjoyed the space, walking to the beach and exploring the little towns close to the Villa. While some of the pictures on the website of the rooms were decorated differently & missing the piano, the views from the outdoor patios were fabulous, the housekeepers were quite lovely and the handy man/gardener charming.
It was a terrific vacation for our whole family.
