Overview
This elegant villa is beautifully designed both inside and out, with stylish furnishings and a fabulous outdoor pool framed with a lush garden. Ascend the steps to reach the grand entrance with dramatic trees on either side. Located in a lovely area in Almancil, Villa Arias is perfectly placed within the Golden Triangle of the Algarve.
There are several outdoor relaxation areas, including a balcony with sweeping views of the Algarve greenery and a wooden shaded alfresco lounge with comfortable grey sofas by the pool. Colourful bougainvillaea cascades down the side of the garden, filled with plants and flowers. There are sun loungers by the private pool, which is an enticing shade of deep blue. Take a refreshing soak and enjoy the sunshine. For those who love to barbecue, there is a fire pit and even a heritage-style outdoor kitchen.
The spacious living room has a gorgeous monochrome rug that adorns the glossy cream floor tiles. In the evenings, wrap up in the cosy throws by the antique-style fireplace and unwind on the soft grey sofa. Silver candlestick holders and ornaments add a luxe touch. Large windows ensure the whole living space is bathed in natural light.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with lots of prep space and a glossy black marble kitchen island. Perch up on the slick bar stools and enjoy a bite to eat. Guests can dine around the circular glass table indoors, or out on the terrace overlooking the lush garden.
There are five lovely bedrooms at Villa Arias, with king size beds. Beds are dressed in fine linen, and plush velvet is used throughout the rooms, which are decorated in shades of grey with elements of mauve and mustard yellow.
One room has an eye-catching zebra print feature wall, while another has pearly vintage-style wallpaper and circular wood furniture. Just outside the bedrooms in the hallway is a lovely communal area with a shimmery grey sofa, houseplants and a statement mirror. All bedrooms have luxurious ensuites; some have bathtubs and glass-encased showers. One has interesting corrugated-style walls and circular mirrors.
The whole family can have fun in the cinema and games room, which is complete with a little bar of its own and a fantastic pool table. Chill out on the extended sofa - the television even has UK channels.
