Villa Doca is in a more privileged location and is walking distance to several restaurants and bars, as well as being close to the beach. The large villa sleeps up to fourteen guests, with the intention of providing ample space for its visitor’s comfort from the Mediterranean climate. It is in walking distance of Marina Beach and several restaurants and bars.

Being next to a golf course, the grounds are significant in size and entice guests to make use of the outdoor space, making it an ideal setting for kid’s activities. Protected in parts by looming trees, guests are invited to enjoy their drinks on the pergola and awnings that run along the lengthy poolside.

With fourteen dining spaces, it’s a great excuse to get the whole household outside for meals throughout the day. The swimming pool is ideal for swimmers of all abilities, as it has a shallow rounded end for youngsters who might be uneasy in the water.

Additionally, there is a cover for the swimming pool that will trap heat in the water, when the pool itself is covered during the night and early hours of the day before the pool is put to good use.

The first floor hosts two double en-suite bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, on the ground floor, two more en-suite bedrooms with two twin beds are found.

Large sliding doors allow the dining room and living space, which are traditional regarding its layout and décor, to be filled with natural sunlight. These areas of the villa exude style through the exquisite furnishings and pearl marbled floors.

The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped, with marble counters. There is a door that leads on from the kitchen to the barbeque area, for convenience.

Tucked away, next to the kitchen, is a small laundry room with a washer & dryer. The lower floor is incredibly spacious and hosts a pool table, table tennis and a football table, for those who wish to escape the demanding heat of the Algarve. It is here where the final two bedrooms with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom can be found.

Vilamoura has a rich Roman history. An old fishing village and Roman Baths can be found in the town, where the walls tell the history of the destination, through their murals. Vilamoura is a famous seaside town, that attracts a classy traveller.

A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. The glamour does not end there, as Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia - two alluringly sandy beaches, can be found a short walk away.

Regarding activities, by choosing Vilamoura, you are indeed not handicapped. This region has an excellent reputation among golf enthusiasts and has many championship courses to choose from.

If you have any backhanded thoughts regarding golf, never fear, as Vilamoura has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from. Numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town allow you to enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips.

The closest city is Faro, and it only takes half an hour on the road, so consider renting a car to make the most of your time in the Algarve.

THE REGION

Vilamoura has been a glamorous town ever since Roman time. Its rich history is still palpable as you walk its streets, coming upon Roman Baths and ancient murals all around town. These days, Vilamoura is still a high-class destination although it has certainly kept up with the times. Yachts dock at the large marina and travellers galavant the seaside strip hopping between bars, restaurants and the dazzling casino.

The local championship courses naturally attract a crowd of golf enthusiasts as well, and there is a large selection of other sports to enjoy in the area (including those best played out in the water). There is certainly no need to ever be bored in Vilamoura, but if it’s ultimate relaxation you’re after you won’t be disappointed. The town is alluringly close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, where the golden sand and hot Mediterranean sun is just about never-ending.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available in this property.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included in the rental price, extra €3 per towel to to be paid with the balance.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 4 nighst during low season.
Changeover day Friday during peak season.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €10 per pet per night will apply (paid to OT prior to travel).
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €30 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
