Villa Pinhal is a traditional family villa in a prime location within easy reach of bars and restaurants and just a short stroll to the beach, marina and fabulous nightlife of Vilamoura. The villa is situated on the periphery of the highly esteemed Pinhal Golf Course, offering beautiful views and a tranquil environment.
There are four large bedrooms, all fully air conditioned, and with their own en-suite bathroom. The ground floor consists of a large open plan living and dining area which also benefits from being air conditioned, allowing you share family moments in a cool environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and there is also a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedroom suites are located on the ground floor, and two are located on the first floor with access to the first floor terrace.
The outside grounds of this villa are simply wonderful. The lawned gardens are immaculately maintained and provide a perfect place for the children to play. There is a large private swimming pool, which is secured by a safety fence, and reclining sun beds for relaxing afternoons in the sunshine. The poolside terrace is equipped with a fabulous summer kitchen with a barbecue and large outdoor dining table giving you no excuse not to fine tune your barbecuing skills and dine al fresco as the Portuguese do!

THE REGION
Vilamoura has been a glamorous town ever since Roman time. Its rich history is still palpable as you walk its streets, coming upon Roman Baths and ancient murals all around town. These days, Vilamoura is still a high-class destination although it has certainly kept up with the times. Yachts dock at the large marina and travellers galavant the seaside strip hopping between bars, restaurants and the dazzling casino.
The local championship courses naturally attract a crowd of golf enthusiasts as well, and there is a large selection of other sports to enjoy in the area (including those best played out in the water). There is certainly no need to ever be bored in Vilamoura, but if it’s ultimate relaxation you’re after you won’t be disappointed. The town is alluringly close to Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, where the golden sand and hot Mediterranean sun is just about never-ending.

| Tax | Please be aware that a Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner. The charge will be 2 Euros p.p for a max of 5 nights and 1 Euro p.p from March to November. |
| Insurance | Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. |
| Other Ts and Cs | For those who require them, a cot or highchair can be available at the property for free. Although for a second Highchair and Cot an additional charge of €30 per item, which should be paid locally on arrival. Please request these items at time of booking to secure availability. |

Fantastic villa
Well situated in a residential area but 10-15 mins walk to the marina, big grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Beautiful spacious villa and we were well looked after.

Excellent property for a family with kids. Pool was safe guarded by a fence. Big garden and inflatables for the pool were all there. 15min walk to villamoura which was great. Very secure house. Loved it. Going next year.
