Set within luscious gardens, fragrant with flowering plants, this home offers stylish outdoor living at its best: with a covered dining terrace guests can enjoy long and lazy lunches by the pool, evening barbecues with local wines and grilled seafood or breakfasts after a refreshing morning swim.
With dappled shade, dazzling sunny terraces, indulgent hammocks and lazy loungers, guests will genuinely drop the tempo in line with the local pace of life.
Up to eight guests can be accommodated across four bedrooms and four bathrooms (with the option for an additional bed at request) at Villa Erasmo. The interiors at this charming home provide casual elegance. The airy, open-plan living space is full of natural light, while a pillar-box red corner sofa offers space for the whole family.
French windows offer a natural interplay between indoor and outdoor living, whilst terracotta flagstone flooring and original open fireplace add to the authentic feel. Naturally sub-divided into separate spaces, the potential for sociable living or tranquil ‘downtime’ are unlimited; solid timber antique furnishings, characterful paintings and a cottage style eat-in kitchen offer a home full of personal touches.
Four bedrooms offer solid timber flooring, cotton bedlinen and beautiful garden views. Finished with an airy, neutral palette, the bedrooms are crisp, serene and restorative. Whilst the lower floor bedrooms offer direct garden access, the upper floor bedroom is semi-self contained, for additional privacy.
Villa Erasmo is the quintessential Portuguese home, blending local raw materials and original features with all the comfort of a cosy hotel.

In summer, Lisboistas stream into elegant Comporta and Cascais to escape the heat of the city; year-round, surfers hang loose on the coast, waiting for the rollers to crash down on the sand.
But while you're enjoying one of our fantastic villas in Lisbon Coast, you may well want to take some time out from all that sun worship to explore everything else the region has to offer – so we've put together this handy travel guide to give you a little help and inspiration!
