THE REGION

A coastal town just 20 miles west of Lisbon, Cascais was once a small fishing village, but its idyllic scenery attracted the attention of artists, writers and expelled European nobility in the 20th century. Today, it still attracts high society, but all society comes into force to enjoy the gorgeous beaches and adventure options like sailing and surfing.

Cascais also sits just west of Lisbon and right on the edge of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, meaning there are ample opportunities for exciting day trips. When you’re not off an excursion up the coast, you’ll find Cascais has plenty of its own allures. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3000 charged by client’s credit card by the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3.00 - 8.00 p.m.
Departure time 10.00 a.m.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €600, to be paid with the balance to OT. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Please be aware that Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner. The charge will be €2 per person for a max of 7 nights.
Stag & Hen Do Allowed? Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are not allowed.
Other Ts and Cs Please note, arrival out of schedule will require an additional fee of €50.
