The lounge boasts air conditioning for added comfort, ensuring you stay cool on warm days.

The ground floor features a fully equipped American kitchen that flows into a spacious dining room and lounge, creating an open and inviting space for family and friends to gather. Additionally, there are two beautifully designed bedrooms on this level - one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower serves these two bedrooms. A luxurious suite with a double bed and a private bathroom also graces the ground floor, providing comfort and privacy for its occupants. There's even a convenient office room for those who need to stay connected while they're away.

Security deposit 1200€ charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
