Overview
Villa Feliciana is a contemporary villa that adds a modern style to the idyllic Lisbon coast. With a rectangular exterior decorated with blissful palm and pine trees, Villa Feliciana provides a beautiful, quiet getaway for holidaymakers.
Inside, floor length windows bring in an incredible natural light that beautifully brightens the open-plan living and dining areas. The windows provide views of the garden while relaxing and eating meals. The living room boasts comfy sofas that line the walls, stylish lights hanging down from the ceiling and artistic ornaments.
Guests will be able to fuse fun with relaxation as the living room contains a flat screen television with speakers, a fireplace and a pool table. Low ceilings and crisp white walls make this room a bright space for guests to enjoy. The dining room holds a dining table, comfortably seating up to eight people, as well as bar stools in the kitchen that are set against a beautiful brick wall.
The bedrooms are minimal and tranquil, styled with simple furniture and decorated in blacks, whites and beiges. All of the bedrooms open up onto the roof terrace or benefit from large light enhancing windows.
Outside, an spacious roof terrace is in a prime location for catching sun rays and overlooks the glistening private pool from its slightly raised position. The cosy outdoor lounging and dining areas are any stargazers dream. With cushioned benches, a covered dining table and a hammock, the garden is just as much of a peaceful oasis as it is a perfect place to eat, drink, socialise and relax.
What you should know…
- The stairs leading up to the second floor have large gaps so be careful with toddlers

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa FelicianaVilla Feliciana is located in Tróia, a peninsula famed for its calm and unspoiled beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see. This holiday home is a must stay for travellers who love the beach. Tróia beach is only 200m from the villa and is renowned for being a quiet haven with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the scenic Sado River on the other.
The area is ideal for taking in one of the most picturesque and naturally beautiful parts of Lisbon, hiking in the surrounding nature and taking part in adrenaline-packed water sports.
Nearby Villa Feliciana lies fantastic facilities for active holidaymakers; football, volleyball, tennis and golf. There is also a spa close by, providing the ultimate calming and serene experience and a supermarket for everyday conveniences.
Just south of Tróia lies Grândola, a modest Alentejan town in the Setúbal district. Grândola is a farming village with restaurants serving the excellent local cuisine; wild boar, ox, pig’s trotters and rice. The region hosts notable landmarks including a chapel named Chapel of Our Lady of the Penha of France which dates back to the 18th Century.
The quaint white and royal blue chapel is steeped in history. The ancient hermitage is set over two storeys with a bell tower containing a bell on the outside, and inside, tiles are adorned with paintings of flowers, angels and fruits. The chapel is worth a visit for travellers looking for a quiet retreat that showcases the region’s intriguing history.
The villa is only 45 minutes away from the lively buzz of Lisbon.

THE REGION
The Troia Peninsula is one of the most beautiful coastlines of Portugal, with a 13 km stretch of pristine sands, crystal clear waters and pine forested sand dunes. Reachable by ferry from Setubal, the pristine setting of the Tróia Peninsula is unquestionably one of Portugal’s best-kept secrets.
Sheltered by mountains, the Troia Peninsula enjoys a mild microclimate. The Reserva Natural do Estuario do Sado covers part of the peninsula and is a good place to go birdwatching. The waters around the peninsula are home to a school of bottlenose dolphins. Dolphin-watching trips leave from the marina, or you may even spot them gambolling in the surf on the ferry trip across the estuary.
ABOUT THE LISBON COAST
The Lisbon Coast is a sensational stretch of golden beaches, wave-lashed cliffs and vibrant seaside towns – but there's more to the Atlantic coastline than that. Delve beneath the surface to discover hidden coves, family-owned seafood restaurants and pristine natural parks.
The coast around Lisbon provides an easy, breezy escape from the capital, whose proximity has made it the stomping ground of kings for the last 1,000 years. In summer, Lisboistas stream into elegant Comporta and Cascais to escape the heat of the city; year-round, surfers hang loose on the coast, waiting for the rollers to crash down on the sand.
But while you're enjoying one of our fantastic villas on Lisbon Coast, you may well want to take some time out from all that sun worship to explore everything else the region has to offer – so we've put together this handy travel guide to give you a little help and inspiration!

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesWhen they’re not having a great time creating sandcastles in the sands of the many beaches or toe dipping in the deep blue seas, children will enjoy Villa Feliciana’s shallow zone in the outdoor pool.
It allows them to splash and paddle in the water without the fear of going in too deep.

Beautiful villa
Great service from Miguel. Will definitely recommend it.
-
Great holiday with friends
The house is great with lots of space for 6. We rented bikes and enjoyed the short ride to the Ocean Beach, Troia, tennis and golf. Little Minimart with surprisingly good selection just across the street was super convenient.

Top architecture in marvelous Troia
If you prefer quiet natural surroundings, a marvelous designed house in a well kept subtropical garden, part of a luxury condominium, in front of the typical Portuguese shop, annex bar, in walking distance from miles of unspoiled caraibean style beaches, this is your place. The house is spacious, elementary furnishings, great for family holiday.. Nearly each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a good pool with separate place for the little children. The pool is at a different level from the garden, which makes it safer. Minus are the not so comfortable chairs and the lack of reading lights in the living room. Troia is a hidden gem. With the ferry nearby within twenty minutes from mainland.
