Offering an abundance of Alpine comfort and style, the property comprises two adjoining apartments connected by a home cinema room. Nestled in the heart of the French Alps, Apartment Rosie is ideally situated near the Télécabine du Mont d'Arbois, in the elegant Résidence Ksar. With the picturesque village centre of Megève less than a ten-minute drive away, up to eighteen guests can enjoy an unforgettable winter escape at Apartment Rosie, tucked away amidst the spectacular natural beauty of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area.
Each morning, azure skies and the gentle Alpine breeze will draw you outside to the apartment's private balcony, where you can sip a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the sunshine and take in your serene surroundings. Comfortable outdoor seating also makes the covered balcony the ideal spot for a laidback après-ski experience, with dreamlike mountain vistas at sunset.
As you step inside, you will be captivated by the elegant, cosy ambience of the first two adjoining apartments. The living space boasts a contemporary open-plan layout, with a welcoming lounge area featuring a sumptuous sofa, a flatscreen TV and a modern fireplace. After an exhilarating day on the slopes, everyone can gather together to discuss the day's adventures over a delicious meal in the dining area. Dual-aspect windows flood the space with natural light, while a fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a range of modern appliances.
Later on, everyone can snuggle up for a family movie night in Apartment Rosie's inviting home cinema room. The cinema room provides seamless access to the second apartment, which features a bright and airy open-plan living space, complete with another lounge area with a fireplace, a tasteful dining area and a second fully equipped kitchen.
Both apartments combined offer guests a total of eight charming bedrooms. There are five double bedrooms located on the lower level of the apartment, four of which feature a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. There is also an independent family bathroom with a shower located on this level, along with a convenient WC. Upstairs, Apartment Rosie offers two more delightful double bedrooms, one of which boasts a private balcony and a modern en-suite bathroom. The eighth bedroom is a cosy chalet-style bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom features a set of bunk beds and two single beds, ideal for up to four younger guests who enjoy sleepovers! The spacious family bathroom on the upper level boasts a shower and a hot tub-style bath, perfect for an indulgent soak after a day spent outdoors in the fresh air.

Megève offers its visitors three primary ski areas, encompassing 325km of pistes. From Apartment Rosie, the Télécabine du Mont d'Arbois is just 550m away, providing direct access to the summit of the stunning Mont d'Arbois within ten minutes. Meanwhile, the ski area of Rochebrune can be reached directly from the centre of Megève via the Télécabine du Chamois, or from the Mont d'Arbois area via a cable car which offers scenic views of the snowy valley below.
The Rochebrune area is home to green and blue pistes, making this area particularly fun for beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders.
