Chalet Timber is a brilliant bet, perfect for six guests looking for charm, luxury and a fabulous location in the heart of Megève. It maintains its raw and graphic exterior decor with wooden cladding and striking red and white shutters. Within, you will discover wonderful modern twists, luxurious woolen fabrics, gorgeous slate floors, fabulous geometric patterns and bang up to date amenities. It boasts three delightful bedrooms, a stunning living space, a wellness area with a sauna and a children’s area which you can access by climbing a ladder. This also doubles as a chill out spot where you can escape for a secret nap!

The chalet is offered with five-star hotel and concierge services. Guests staying at the chalet enjoy access to the prestigious Les Fermes de Marie Hotel where you will discover its incredible Pure Altitude Spa, restaurants, kids club, ski shop and a seriously professional Concierge Team who will be waiting to assist with your every whim.

The chalet’s open-plan living room is airy and bright thanks to the natural light that streams through the windows and doors that open to a gorgeous terrace. It is a warm, intimate space thanks to the gorgeous contemporary fireplace that takes centre stage. The sofa is also built-in and covered with sumptuous cushions. This fireside setting is lovely for enjoying your gourmet Fermes de Marie afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks. A television, bluetooth speaker, board games and books are provided for your entertainment, and a video library is available on request.

Delightful modern alpine prints decorate the walls. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee maker and all the other appliances you could possibly need. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the mighty Rochebrune Massif and the Ferme de Marie’s alpine gardens.

Two of Chalet Timber’s bedrooms are found on the ground floor with lovely village views. One, in trendy moss green tones enjoys jacquards and sixties fabrics, wonderful wooden detailing, a television and a fabulous ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally beautiful with a headboard mixing worked oak freezes and warm fabrics in tones of carmine red. Its black and white ensuite bathroom is very striking, and also enjoys a shower and bath. The master bedroom suite is on the garden level and comes with a dressing room, incredible detailing, and jacquard in terracotta tones and an immaculate, beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom.

After an exhausting day skiing or hiking, you will love a relaxing session in the private sauna. There is an additional shower in the wellness area. If you fancy some more pampering, you can head to the spas at Les Fermes de Marie Hotel, Lodge Park and Hotel Mont-Blanc which are close to the chalet.

Megève is delightful all year round, nestled in the heart of the Alps with stunning scenery and authentic charm.
