Located less than 500m meters from the world-famous Camps Bay strip and only a ten-minute walk from the beach, Villa Kholwa is an immensely spacious and welcoming home with an incredible infinity pool!
Three storeys of contemporary delights await you inside this exquisite home! An open-plan living space occupies the whole of the first floor, with a lovely lounge at its heart with several sofas distributed across the space, before a large TV and a traditional log-burning fireplace. Cook up a storm in this exceptional kitchen before sitting down at this elegant twelve-seater dining table to enjoy a memorable meal together! Your large kitchen is wonderfully modern, with dazzling white fittings, a superb breakfast bar and vast wine fridge! An elevator through the centre of the house is ideal for those with limited mobility.
There are five exquisite bedrooms in total, three on the ground floor and two on the lower floor, each with a spectacular king-size bed. Superb minimalist designs across each create a welcoming sense of space and openness, which is enhanced further by four of the rooms offering direct access to the terrace through huge glass doors! Out on the ground floor there’s a wrap-around balcony, while those on the lower floor can step out into the rich garden below. All five rooms are accompanied by immaculate ensuite facilities, with dazzling modern fittings including freestanding bathtubs and walk-in rain-showers and the same wonderful feeling of space and light.
Delightfully blending with the interiors, this fabulous first-floor terrace has a semi-open air design, allowing the fresh air to flow throughout yet offering a little shade from the perpetual sunshine! Here a set of a cosy seating offers a lovely place to sit and gaze out over the sea and the thriving vegetation that surrounds you. And extending slightly beyond here, exposed to the wonderful sun, is a fantastic infinity pool with space for lengths or simply splashing around!

About the surrounding area of Villa KholwaJust over a 15-minute stroll to the magnificent beach of Camps Bay, Villa Kholwa is a superb home for those in search of a beach holiday, and only a short distance from the many incredible delights of the city!
Thanks to this perfectly protected location in the bay, the water at Camps Bay is incredibly calm, making it perfect for paddling, swimming and spending time with the family. You can also take part in a little sea kayaking along this coastline, where you’ve got a good chance of spotting seals, penguins, dolphins – and even the odd whale! Or even take an official trip whale watching where you’re likely to see Southern right whales, bottlenose and dusky dolphin and occasionally even humpback and killer whales! As well as this there are loads more activities to take part in across the region, including helicopter rides, hot air ballooning, paragliding, shark cage diving… you name it.
One of the best attractions among the many of Camps Bay is the Camps Bay African Market, tucked incredibly between the mountains and the ocean, you’ll find every kind of local produce here, from jewellery to traditional African curios, in the most picturesque open-air market! Or, looking a little further afield, the iconic V&A Waterfront is a retail and entertainment area right at the foot of Table Mountain with tons of shops, restaurants, markets of all kinds and even both an Aquarium and Marine Museum. It is the starting point for almost all tours, cruises and excursions. Within a short walk of here is the Green Point market, tucked just outside the Green Point Stadium. Visit on Sundays to find locals selling all kinds of authentic arts, craft and curios – just be sure to barter, as they’ll be expecting you to!
And if it’s a little floral fascination you fancy, head over to Kirstenbosch Garden. This is a botanical garden bursting with a diverse array of plants, forest and gardens across 528 hectares, all with the most remarkable views! Take a memorable walk above the tree-tops along the Centenary Tree Canopy Walkway or even arrange to see one of the many concerts or art exhibitions that are held here year-round, or simply take a picnic and enjoy a bite to eat in the spectacular scenery.
When it comes to delicious cuisine, if you’re on the market for a unique and unforgettable dining experience, the newly revamped The Lawns At The Roundhouse, set in the forests of oak and pines at Camps Bay with a huge, atmospheric outdoor seating area, is perfect for all times of day. The northern part of the bay is fantastic for surfing thanks to the perfect wave conditions, while the long stretch of fine white sands along the coast is ideal for games like frisbee and volleyball, or simply sunbathing! Meanwhile, thanks to this perfectly protected location in the bay the water is incredibly calm, making it perfect for paddling, swimming and spending time with the family. There’s even an incredible tidal pool at the southern end, as well as a gorgeous lawn perfect for picnicking and relaxing.
And if it’s a beach holiday you’re after, look no further than Cape Town. The city boasts ten Blue Flag beaches: Camps Bay itself, of course, the Clifton 4th, and then Llandudno, Bikini, Strandfontein, Muizenberg, Fish Hoek, Mnandi, Melkbosstrand and Silwerstroomstrand.
