Villa Sia is a modern, bright, and comfortable holiday villa located in the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort, offering stunning views of the mountains, surrounding area, and golf course. Ideal for a small family, the villa provides an intimate retreat in a tranquil setting.

The spacious living area features comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, and a DVD player, perfect for relaxing together on a calm evening. It opens onto a covered terrace with additional outdoor seating for lounging or dining. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes ample worktop space, storage, and even a dishwasher, making meal prep and clean-up a breeze. In this space there is also a dining area with seating for four.

The villa has two cozy bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden and the covered terrace. Both rooms are air-conditioned for comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep despite the warm climate. The villa also provides a washing machine for convenience and a highchair and cot (on request) for younger guests.

Step outside to enjoy a large private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun. The garden is enclosed and lined with greenery, offering privacy. A barbecue area is also available, making it easy to enjoy al fresco dining in the beautiful surroundings.

Security deposit €350 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
