Calero Bay offers its lucky guests every comfort in a splendid natural volcanic setting, on the hill side of Puerto Calero with stunning view over the marina. Villa Calero Bay combines modern design with stylish surroundings and offers endless possibilities for your family or group to holiday on Lanzarote. These newly built villas are located in an excellent location and offer excellent extras facilities for all the family like billiard, football table, darts, table tennis, sauna and heated pool whilst comfortably accommodating up to 8 persons in two separate connected villas with two bedrooms in each.
The villas are linked via a shared access hallway and consist of fully equipped modern kitchen, lounge/dining area, 2 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 WC. There is also an exterior WC which is convenient for when guests are outdoors by the pool or in the games room. The ceiling cooling system and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant room atmosphere throughout the year without any noise or draught. All windows are well insulated and equipped with mosquito netting. Both the indoor and outdoor space of the villa are fully wheelchair accessible. You will be able to enjoy many hours on the wind-protected patios on cooler evenings.
A heated outdoor pool and a separate games room provide hours of entertainment and relaxation during your stay. The furnished terraces are perfect for al fresco dining and admiring the views of the surrounding area.
The villa buildings may be booked separately (up to 4 persons) or jointly (5 persons and more). If you decide to book only one villa, then the other villa will of course not be available to anybody else during your stay. You will, in any case, have sole access to the private swimming pool, grounds and recreation room.
Calero Bay is situated in the charming village of Puerto Calero on the South-Eastern part of the island. The village centre, which runs along the harbour, can be reached from the villa by foot in around 5 minutes. Here you can indulge at one of the many Canarian restaurants or just enjoy the view onto the little harbour village from your patio. Everyday items may be purchased at the nearby harbour (supermarket, pharmacy, clothing boutiques…). If you are looking to do sports, the nearby Sports Club in Puerto Calero should meet all your requirements.

- A car is ideal for sightseeing and maybe shopping in the larger supermarkets in other towns
- Small children should be supervised whilst in the recreation room and around the pool

THE REGION
Puerto Calero is situated on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, positioned in a naturally protected enclave on Lanzarote's sheltered south coast, and has earned a reputation as one of the world's top sailing destinations while retaining a distinctive village-type atmosphere.
Puerto Calero is much more than a marina; there is a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants along the waterfront, and it's a beautiful place to sit and watch the comings and goings, with the sound of the clink of ropes on the masts, and the school of fish that swim around the marina – eager for any leftover bread from your meal.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Calero Bay is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. Offering a spacious garden where kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics, as well as making the most of the sun.
Additionally, there is a private heated swimming pool with a very shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.
