Located in a quiet residential area of Los Mojones, Villa Chita is just a short walk from the center of Puerto del Carmen. Accommodating up to six guests, the villa features open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sociable space for a relaxing holiday.
Inside, the villa is set over one single storey, with four bedrooms: three doubles and one twin, all with en-suite bathrooms. The main double room has a private terrace, and the second double room opens directly onto the pool terrace. The spacious living / kitchen / dining area also boasts comfortable seating, floor to ceiling glass doors leading out to the pool terrace and dining table and chairs for up to eight guests.
The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers, as well as a covered area with outdoor dining table and chairs. A built-in, brick barbecue, pool table and table football table complete the outdoor amenities, ensuring entertainment for the whole family.
The private pool and and poolside Jacuzzi provide perfect spots to unwind or soak up the Lanzarote sun. the private pool can also be heated for ultimate comfort and convenience (see Ts&Cs). Parents should note however, that the swimming pool is unfenced so children should be monitored whilst playing in the vicinity. In the evenings, enjoy the warm water and plan the next day’s activities.
Located in an ideal location, the old harbor, sandy beach, shops, and restaurants of Puerto del Carmen are just short distance away, making it easy to explore one of Lanzarote’s most popular resorts.

About the surrounding area of Villa ChitaVilla Chita is just a short distance to the old harbour and town centre attractions at Puerto del Carmen, possibly the most popular destination on Lanzarote, where guests will find plenty to do during their time here.
A long, golden beach is just one kilometre from Villa Chita, which offers not only opportunities to soak up the sun and snooze on a beach towel, but also water sports from the harbour or the ever-popular inflatable rides available directly from the beach.
Take your pick of international cuisine at the numerous restaurants in and around Puerto del Carmen. For seafood, head to the old harbour or take a water taxi across the bay to the smart marina town of Puerto Calero. Find a table at a waterfront restaurant or bar, and watch the yachts come and go.
Back at Puerto del Carmen, shoppers can get their fix at the incredible entertainment venue that is Biosfera Plaza shopping centre. After you’ve had your retail therapy, head to the roof for the mini-golf course and open-air cinema or stop off at the bars and tapas restaurants, which stay open until 10pm Monday to Saturday.
If a full day out for all the family is in order, Rancho Texas Amusement Park is a high-quality blend of animal encounters and water rides. There are also themed attractions such as The Medicine Man Cave, Goldmine and Indian Village. When you’ve all had enough fun for one day, return home to the luxury and privacy of Villa Chita. Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Chita is the perfect holiday home for a large family or if you’re travelling in an extended family group. The accommodation is generous with four en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living-dining-kitchen space is ideal for sharing times and meals together.
The outdoor pool terrace has been designed for you and the kids to make the most of your time in the Canarian sunshine, equipped with a private pool, pool-side barbecue, al fresco dining area, pool table, table football and jacuzzi. Parents should be aware, however, that the pool is unfenced, so children should be well-supervised when playing around the pool area.
At less than a kilometre to Puerto del Carmen, you can enjoy a car-free holiday if you wish, although a hire car is recommended for guests who want to explore more of the island. Playa Grande is also walking distance, and there are shops, restaurants, nightlife and water sports across this popular resort.
