This luxurious villa provides spacious, modern living areas, all spread over one bright and airy floor, leading directly out to the breath-taking terrace and private swimming pool. Situated in the ever-popular Altea Hills, this property is one of a kind, the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in the famous Costa Blanca.
Villa Ginia offers space and luxury for six guests; each bedroom offers its style and its indulgences! With three double rooms, all providing en-suite shower rooms, air conditioning and heating, guests can rest up and make the most of the time they have on holiday.
Each bedroom has huge glass doors with access to the garden, so you can wake up and stroll out into the morning sun, maybe taking a dip in the pool first thing, or setting down on an outdoor sofa for a coffee. The fabulous contemporary kitchen opens directly onto the swimming pool, so you can move between the two with ease, perfect for those who enjoy dining al-fresco, or for keeping an eye on children outside while cooking.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare fabulous meals and picnics to take to the beach. Similarly, the stylish, open-plan living room is ideal for sociable families, with a dining table and seating area where everyone can come together.
Outside on the terrace, the glamour and luxury of this villa continue. Mountains and luscious greenery provide a romantic backdrop for your stay, with good-quality outdoor furnishings so you can sit out all day on a sofa, deck chair and soaking your toes in the swimming pool.

About the surrounding area of Villa GiniaThis villa is located along the Costa Blanca, which is 200 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province of Spain. This coast is an incredibly popular tourist destination because of the crystal-clear beaches, many of which hold EEC blue flags because they are so clean, safe and accessible.
It is also a famous holiday spot because of the weather, think long, hot summers and short, mild winters. Along the Costa Blanca, the average afternoon temperature is 20 degrees, all year round.
The cosy resort, sits in a convenient position, 125 km south-east from Valencia, 50 km north-east from Alicante. Sandy beaches and swimming bays can be found on the coast between Calpe and Moraira, with the coastline shaped by its picturesque cliffs.
The countryside is particularly beautiful when the almond trees are in blossom, from the end of January to the beginning of March. The beautiful surrounding countryside is full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Guests can enjoy the Friday markets, and there is fresh fish available every morning!

End of stay cleaning included? | Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |

Minimum stay | 7 nights and weekly bookings only from mid-May to mid-September. 3 nights during other periods. |

Simple and lovely
Super delicious villa, far more luxurious than we imagined. Especially nice outdoor area with nice and well maintained pool. It should be mentioned, however, that this dwelling is probably not so "genuinely Spanish", as it carries the mark of simplicity.

The house is spectacular. Very comfortable, very spacious and offers all the comforts. We were really on vacation for a week!
