There is something special about this beautiful villa; be it the gently curving walls, serene interiors, or elegant furnishings, an air of relaxation shrouds the entire place. Located in between Calpe and Moraira, just a 15-minute walk from the beach on the pristine Costa Blanca coastline, you can expect clear blue skies, crystal-clear beaches and an endless supply of delicious Spanish food and wine! A real retreat away, with three bedrooms accommodating six guests, Can Sandal is the perfect getaway.
As you arrive, a generous driveway wraps around the front of the villa. The architecture is simple: white walls, elegant stairways and curving walls that draw you around to the back of the property, where you can climb a flight of stairs to the picturesque pool terrace. Stairs at the front of the villa lead to the main house, which is distributed over one spacious floor. Bright and modern, the main living space is open plan, meticulously designed to offer a sophisticated aesthetic. White walls, worktops, chairs and ceilings combine with the soft wooden details of exposed beams, cupboard doors and coffee tables, bringing warmth to the bright space.
The chic kitchen is fully equipped and is a real joy to cook in as you chatter with your loved ones, who can spread out along the sleek breakfast bar. Opposite, a stylish sofa sits poised in front of the television, creating a cosy nook for you to curl up in at the end of a busy day. Our favourite space in the villa is the adjacent round dining area, where the modern dining table sits within the villa's curving walls with exposed beams overhead, highlighting the dome of the ceiling. Perfect for quiet family meals and lively celebrations alike, this tranquil space makes every night feel like a special occasion!
There are three bedrooms all on the same floor: the main suite, a double room and a twin bedroom. Simple and modern, the bedrooms adopt the same bright styles as the rest of the villa, with contemporary bathrooms to complement. At the back of the villa, you will find the private swimming pool with its surrounding sun loungers and an elegant pergola with a dining table where you can sit and relax for hours. Views drift out across the adjacent neighbourhood, with luscious trees and splashes of reds, yellows and purples from the beautiful surrounding nature. A couple of other dining areas can be found around the villa, offering plenty of seating if you want to spread out and find your own quiet corner.
What you should know…
- Altough a two-storey property, guests only have access to the first floor, where the living spaces are
- You will have to climb stairs from the driveway to access the villa
- The pool is not fenced, so children should be supervised at all times
- Guests are in walking distance to restaurants and the beach, but please note that the routes there do not always have pavements

About the surrounding area of Can SandalLocated in a quiet residential area, Can Sandal offers an idyllic base for exploring the beautiful Costa Blanca coastline. Just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful La Fustera Beach, you can explore the area on foot, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere with every step you take!
The villa itself offers views of the surrounding neighbourhood, although it feels private enough when you're swimming in the pool and relaxing on the terrace. It is close to a supermarket, service station and restaurants, and of course, Playa La Fustera is only a little further ahead. La Fustera is a charming, little sandy beach with crystal-clear seawater, typical of the pristine Costa Blanca. A little quieter than some of the surrounding beaches, La Fustera is fabulous for families and couples alike, offering a little tranquillity to enjoy the stunning surroundings. There is a lovely beach bar/restaurant, and the beach has toilets and some nearby coastal paths for you to explore. On top of the beach restaurants, the area offers a handful of local eateries serving traditional Mediterranean dishes, best complemented with a delicious glass or two of chilled Spanish wine.
Stretching 200 kilometres up the Mediterranean, there are plenty more beaches, towns and attractions for you to discover in the Costa Blanca. Many of the beaches hold EEC blue flags because they are so clean, safe and accessible. It has also become a popular holiday spot because of its temperate climate, offering long, hot summers and short, mild winters.
From the villa, you can walk along the coastal paths towards Calpe. It's a brilliant day activity, and you will be rewarded with some of the best views in the Costa Blanca! Make sure you take plenty of water and your swim stuff so you can enjoy a refreshing dip at the end. For those who prefer this style of more active relaxation, there are plenty of boat trips, water sports and adventurous activities on offer around the area. The Ifach Golf Club is also just 8 kilometres away – so why not pack your golf clubs?

The vast coastline is scattered with pristine beaches, welcoming seaside towns and an array of adventure parks and attractions to keep your whole family entertained.
Can Sandal itself is a modern holiday home with plenty of room for a family of six. Located in a tranquil residential neighbourhood, the streets are safe and quiet, allowing you and your family all the privacy you need. Siblings will love the twin bedroom, and a cot can be provided at a small extra cost for little ones. Of course, we expect the outdoor terrace and large private swimming pool will be a highlight for our younger guests! They can play and splash about for hours in the refreshing water whilst you relax on one of the bordering sun loungers, soaking in the holiday atmosphere. There are a lot of steps around the villa, which can make it a challenge for small children who may need to be supervised. Fitted with Wi-Fi and satellite TV, kids can keep up to date with their lives back home, all from the comfort of the air-conditioned living spaces.
From the villa, it is just a 15-minute walk to the nearby La Fustera beach. A small, peaceful bay, this pretty beach is perfect for families, and you can enjoy long days in the sun, watching the thrill on your kid's faces as they rush in and out of the water. With water sports and boat trips from many of the nearby beaches, there is always plenty to do, and we would always recommend packing your snorkels to explore the Costa Blanca shores.
About 35 minutes down the coast, you will find the buzzing town of Benidorm. Hosting Terra Mítica, a fantastic theme park, as well as Terra Natura, a zoo theme park, this is the perfect place to escape for an afternoon with kids of all ages. The Aqua Natura Waterpark is another family favourite, boasting 40,000m² of wave pools, water slides, children's pools and beach areas, keeping your whole family entertained for hours on end.
