Set in the midst of Benissa's hillside, Casa de la Belleza is surrounded by terraced slopes of olive groves and vineyards, offering a peaceful setting to escape and enjoy a relaxing break or a perfect getaway for cycling, yoga, work retreats, or more!

The central living area is bright and spacious with large openings, which frame views to the garden, and open out to create a fluid indoor-outdoor space. A well-equipped modern kitchen sits to one end, with plenty of surfaces to prepare food and an American-style breakfast counter to share a coffee. To the side, the room spills into an informal seating area, offering a relaxed central space, and a large dining table sits in the far corner in front of floor-to-ceiling windows that look out across the surrounding landscape. A number of other living rooms can be found around the house, creating cosy spaces with comfortable furniture to sit and read or enjoy a movie. There is also a games room with a professional pool table for a bit of amusement.

On the upper levels, guests can choose from a range of bedrooms, from large deluxe suites to well-proportioned doubles. There are five classic bedrooms, each having access to its own pleasantly finished bathrooms, whilst two of the three superior rooms enjoy private balconies that give views out to the surrounding landscape. An interconnecting suite is a perfect option for families, with a mix of bed sizes, as well as its own dressing area and en-suite bathroom. There is also an annexe detached from the main house, with a private living space and en-suite facilities that offer additional privacy for further guests. All the rooms are smartly furnished and enjoy air conditioning, ensuring that you can enjoy a comfortable temperature even during the hottest summer months.

Surrounded by rows of cypress trees and leafy pines, the extensive garden and terrace are a lovely spot to enjoy the peaceful countryside setting. The roof's substantial overhang offers a shaded patio to the side of the house, ideal for settling with a book or siesta in the shade. Whilst a handful of stylish cabana beds and sun loungers positioned around the heated pool's edge invite you to recline beneath the warmth of the sun. The large outdoor pool is perfect for splashing or lazing about under the clear blue skies.

A generous outdoor kitchen invites you to make the most of the balmy evenings, and a large dining table is sheltered beneath the wooden pergola for having meals by the pool. Fire up the barbecue and enjoy dinner al fresco, or relax on one of the sofas and sip wine with your guests beneath the stars. With a tennis court, table tennis and boules area, there are numerous options to keep you entertained throughout the day, and you'll likely not want to leave the comfort of the villa and its glorious setting. Nestled into the hillside of Benissa, Casa de la Belleza offers a serene environment to relax in comfort whilst being a great base to explore the surrounding area, with the nearby sights and the picturesque coastline easily accessible.

Less than a 10-minute drive away, the Old Town of Benissa offers a network of narrow streets and traditional whitewashed houses. The striking La Catedral de la Marina, one of the region's largest churches, sits in the central square, and there is a selection of local supermarkets for convenient shopping. The weekly Sunday market is a great place to browse the local produce and buy some fresh provisions to enjoy back at the villa.

The nearby coast, with its picturesque coves and rocky inlets, is less than 20 minutes away. The lovely town of Moraira plays host to a number of beaches, such as the popular L'Ampolla beach, which is a great option for families with its long golden sands and gentle shore. To the north of the town, El Portet offers a quieter option. Sheltered by the cliffs, its calm waters are crystal clear, making it perfect for swimming and snorkelling. From the beach, you can rent a kayak or paddleboard to venture out and explore the Jurassic-like cliffs. For a longer adventure, paddle around the headland to discover the hidden Cala Llebeigh, a stunning cove named after the pirates that used to smuggle sugar and tobacco to its shores. El Portet also marks the start of the trail out to the Mount of Cap D'Or, where you can walk out and see the historic Watchtower, where its strategic position boasts splendid views back across the bay.

Whilst Moraira's Old Town is a network of charming cobbled streets, the new marina features a popular sailing club, and numerous restaurants and bars line the waterfront. For some fresh fish, head to Pescador, where you can enjoy a delicious plate of the grilled catch of the day whilst watching the boats coming into the moor. A great spot to spend the evening is Terra Vian, a delightful little wine bar in the Old Town, with friendly owners and pavement seating. Sample their superb collection of wines alongside some traditional tapas and enjoy a relaxed and entertaining evening. We also recommend El Chamizo, a delicious restaurant located right on the seafront, where we dined one night with a great atmosphere and affordable prices!

Further down the coast, Cala de la Fustera and Cala Advocat also offer idyllic swimming spots, and the larger town of Calpe has a number of sandy beaches to check out. Alternatively, head to the hillside to enjoy the region's lesser-known landscape. Just a 45-minute drive brings you to the striking El Castell de Guadalest, perched upon a limestone crag high above the valley. Fortified by the Moors, the mountain village occupied a strategic defensive position, and whilst most of the structure was lost during the 1644 earthquake, partial ruins of the castle are still visible. Walk up the single cobbled street to enjoy marvellous views across to the Sierra de Serella and reservoir hundreds of feet below.

With its variety of living areas and large outdoor space, Casa de la Belleza is perfect to enjoy with families. Kids can run around and play in the garden or compete over games of tennis and ping pong whilst parents enjoy a glass of wine in the sun. The private pool is ideal for all ages, inviting you to spend long summer days in the sun without having to leave the villa's grounds. There is an amazing tennis court available, with rackets and balls included, and also bikes available to hire!

Just a 20-minutes drive brings you to the coast, with picturesque coves for swimming and lovely sandy beaches. The nearby town of Moraira has a number of options, but Playa de l'Ampolla is a great spot for families, with a gentle shoreline perfect for building sand castles or paddling in the shallow water. Well-maintained public facilities and a handful of restaurants make it easy to spend the whole day, and two beachside playgrounds are a hit with young children.

The port of Denia is less than half an hour north, where you can enjoy a huge inflatable assault course with colourful slides and floating trampolines to delight all ages. In the same direction, you will also find a Go-Kart Circuit where you can race and challenge each other to complete the circuit. To the south, the lively city of Benidorm has plenty to see and do, including a waterpark and zoo, or spend the afternoon out on the water and take a boat trip across the Isla de Benidorm which, according to locals, represents the giant portion of rock missing from the summit of the nearby Mount Puig Campana.

Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.

All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.


Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £1,000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm. An earlier arrival time may be possible, depending on circumstances, and with prior agreement from your hots. Please arrange this with the owner.
Departure time 10 am. A later departure time may be possible, depending on circumstances, and with prior agreement with your host. If guests depart the property later than this time and without prior agreement from the owner, this may incur a fee.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price, and changed for stays of 14 nights or more. Please be aware there will be charges applicable for any linen that is stained or damaged beyong cleaning.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? For stays of 7 nights or more, the end of stay cleaning charge is included in the rental pice. For stays of less than 7 nights, there will be a charge dependent on the rooms occupied, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment:
- Main House: £550 (£575 for 2025)
- Superior Room: £55 per room (£65 for 2025)
- Annexe: £150 (£115 for 2025)

Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 2 nights all year.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking is only permitted ouside and guests must use the ashtrays provided. Please note that there is a £50 charge to clean cigarette butts left outside and any evidence of smoking inside the property will incure a charge of £350.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £50/day (paid to Oliver's Travels during the booking process). This extra is only available on request for a minimum of 5 days, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Stag & Hen Do Allowed? Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges.
Other Ts and Cs Please be aware that guests are not permitted to make any loud music or noise outside between 10 pm - 8 am. Failure to do so may result in a fee. Additionally, the barbecue must be cleaned after each use, at the risk of incurring a fee.
Other Ts and Cs Please note that in order to have access to the entire home and all of the bedrooms, you will need to select more than 22 guests at the time of booking. Those travelling in smaller groups can benefit from a reduced rate, however, certain bedrooms may not be accessible. After the maximum amount of guests allowed in the Main House, then the First Floor rooms will be opened for guests (up to 22 guests) and then the Annexe (up to 26 guests).

    Despite your perfect instructions, Casa can be rather difficult to find - but when you arrive - wow! The property is immaculately maintained and is spotless. And there is much more room than we thought, with plenty of seating and breakout areas. And outside is so much more. The swimming pool is perfect and the seating and number of loungers gives everyone a choice of where to go to relax. The outside space comes as a really pleasant surprise. The tennis court, outdoor bar, poolside BBQ and seating for all, petanque and beach volleyball....and I could go on.
    But what makes Casa even better than just its physical attributes are the well researched and recommended chefs, restaurants, car and taxi services etc. And, if any minor thing arises, the prompt and helpful responses from Debbie and Ian ensure a successful and speedy outcome.
    I've taken my family to a number of large holiday homes, but Casa stands head and shoulders above the pack. Thank you both for letting us share your wonderful retreat.

    A big group of us (adults and kids aged 2-12) stayed recently and had a great time and experience.
    The villa was amazing and the pool, pool table, table tennis etc. made for a fun filled holiday for the kids, and the parents too!
    Everything was as described, all the rooms were great and there was plenty of space for a big group of 20+
    Debbie and Ian could not have been more helpful - very responsive and went out of their way to help ensure we had an amazing stay.
    If you stay at Casa we're sure you'll have an amazing time!

    We rented the entire villa for 4 nights and had the absolute best time. The house truly has everything you need and want and the hosts are delightful. There is lots of seating indoors and outdoors; the spaces are well thought out and there's a space for everyone's taste. The grounds have ample parking, an outdoor kitchen, sports courts and a pool, and all the equipment is included. We could not have been happier - it is genuinely an amazing Spanish retreat. Highly recommend!

  • Dream like property that exceeded all expectations!

    First, I want to say I want to go back to Casa and spend the rest of my life there. It’s really an incredible dream property and it’s perfectly equipped.

    The occasion of our trip was a company anniversary and we booked the property for 20 people. It was not easy to find accommodation of this size in advance. It was important to us that all fellow travellers had a nice room with a comfortable bed and private bathroom.

    The pool was also at the top of our wish list and ideally there is a large, convivial table for dining outside. When I discovered the property in Benissa, I was already so enthusiastic about the pictures that we asked for the accommodation without further ado. The communication with Casa was fast, reliable and courteous. We received a lot of support in selecting caterers and providers of activities in the area.

    When we finally arrived, our expectations were absolutely exceeded. The house is beautifully furnished, very clean and perfectly equipped. The large kitchen invites you to cook, the bedrooms are cosy and provide a good night’s sleep. The outdoor area is equipped with a lounge area, a large (sun covered) dining area and a bar with a gigantic grill. Around the wonderful pool there are many possibilities to sit and relax. Around the house there is a tennis court, a boules court, a small volleyball court and a table tennis table.

    In the house, lovers of billiards can play a round. We are glad that we had planned only one trip out during our stay, because the house offers so many possibilities and hardly any wishes remain open. Part of the group made an excursion on a kayak, touring along the coast with a snorkeling trip. The other part of the group who were more courageous went to Anna for canyoning. Both were very exciting and it was nice to return to such a beautiful house after the activity.

    During our stay we had a self organized a barbecue on one evening and a caterer on 2 evenings, it really is great to just sit down at the table and enjoy. There are many well-stocked supermarkets nearby. By the way, for toddlers and babies the house offers incredible equipment – from a baby monitor, child seat, changing blanket, baby cot up to a swimming tire there is simply everything.

    We more than enjoyed our stay, the anniversary was a complete success and all fellow travellers still think back longingly to the beautiful days in Benissa.

  • Absolutely Fabulous Place!

    The place is AMAZING!!!! I stayed here with my family (10 adults/8 children) and we couldn’t of wished for more. The house is so big, not once did we feel like we were on top of each other. All bedrooms were lovely and the fact that we all had en-suites was great. The living areas (yes there are 3) and the kitchen/dining areas were lovely. We ate outside each night as the weather was perfect. The whole house is decorated to such a high standard. The pool is a great size and even though we bought inflatables with us there were inflatables for the kids there already, which was a nice touch.

    The tennis court, French boules and pool table were also enjoyed on a daily basis. We didn’t need to go out we had everything we needed at the villa and not once were we bored. We hired a chef for two nights, had a cocktail making class another evening and a mermaid school for the kids another day. All the details for these were supplied by Casa who were fantastic hosts. They were on hand whenever we needed anything and could not have done anymore for us. They sure were the best host I have ever come across. We made lots of memories and will definitely return again!!!!

    We were so lucky to stay during 2 weeks at Casa! From the entrance of the property you know that your holidays will be successful! The outside spaces are maintained with care, the pool area just makes you want to relax and the interiors offer everyone a living space more than enough! We were 13 people between 8 months and 53 years and everyone found his happiness! The proof, we did not even go out, so we were in paradise! The beds are very confortable, like in the best luxury hotels hotellerie which is very significant especially for 2 weeks. Finally, Debbie is exceptionally responsive, both before the trip and during the stay….and also when we are back!! You will understand, we highly recommend this luxurious villa and we wish you to spend a holiday as successful as ours.

    Debbie and Ian couldn’t have been any more accommodating and amazing to work with, from planning to our arrival and stay. The property is exactly as advertised and even better than we imagined. It’s loaded with things to do. From the incredible pool and sun lounge areas to pétanque, billiards, volleyball, table tennis and tennis courts. It would be impossible to get bored here. It was so much fun we didn’t leave for ‘day trips’ as often as we thought.

    The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. Same with the outdoor cooking area. I understand how important it is to find a vacation rental property that meets the needs of everyone. Especially for the host/organizer. So, let me assure you, if you’re contemplating renting this villa, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Debbie and Ian, for making this a trip of a lifetime. We created some amazing memories at Casa in Benissa. I hope we get the opportunity to stay with you again one day. Much thanks, from your new Canadian friends

    We were a group of 18 people (adults and children) and we stayed over the whit-week holiday. We chose this villa from the photos and the activities on site and I can certainly say that it did not disappoint. Beautiful, well maintained grounds and villa with lots to keep everyone entertained – Amazing Swimming Pool / Tennis Court / Volleyball / Table Tennis / pool table etc.
    The location is very private which was great for us as we didn’t have to worry about kids being too loud (or the adults) however supermarkets & shops in Benissa are only a few minute’s drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to visit again soon.

    This is a trip I cannot recommend enough. Not only is the property fabulous in itself, it is wonderfully well kept and clean. We had a great mixture of people with some wanting to just stay by the pool while others were keen for activities, Casa catered for everyone with the wide range of facilities available.

    Aside from the property itself I think the trip was made truly special by the attentive customer service we received throughout. The attention to detail and willingness to help is unparalleled. Recommendations for activities in the local area and low cost transport are just some of the benefits from renting with Debbie and Ian. Our whole group loved it – and we all cannot wait to return!

    Our family of 12 made up of 8 adults and 4 children with ages ranging from 76 to 7 had a wonderful time staying at this well maintained villa. The villa itself was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The grounds, swimming pool and villa give the wow factor on arrival. The journey from Alicante was straight-forward and the excellent instructions from Debbie ensured we arrived stress-free.

    From the time we booked the villa Debbie has been very helpful and forthcoming with all kinds of information and during our stay was very quick to answer any little queries we might have. It has been a pleasure dealing with Debbie and Ian and we were all very sad when our holiday came to an end. We hope to visit again at some point in the future.

    This property was so beautiful that the pictures can never do it justice. Our families enjoyed our stay, we felt like it was a home away from home. The outdoor pool area was were we spent most of our time, everything was done to an excellent finish and with so much details. You can tell that Debbie and Ian have thought through every details even providing a cooler box and you can feel the love they have for the villa that you can help but to fall in love with this magnificent villa. We created so many special memories and it will forever stay with us, thanks Debbie and Ian and we will definitely be back again.

    Casa is truly exceptional. The quality and spaciousness of this property cannot be overstated. We were a group of 13 people ages ranging from 10 months to 70 years. The pool, tennis court and volleyball area were top class. A variety of lovely eating areas, a super Bbq. Supermarkets just a few minutes drive away and stunning cliff road drives to pretty upmarket towns. The owners Debbie and Ian were only a phone call away and always extremely helpful. They even posted some forgotten items to us. I just can’t say enough positive things…we had a ball.
