These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €600 paid via credit card, direct to the owner via secure payment link before arrival, and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. If you arrive later, please inform us to reach an agreement on the collection of the keys.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights.
Changeover day Flexible.
