Villa Boutique June’s owners have created something special in this beautiful part of the Costa Blanca near Moraira. Only a short walk from a sandy bay and beachside restaurant, and with glorious sea and valley views, this stylish holiday abode offers aesthetic design, high-end features and an idyllic swimming pool with a beach club vibe.

Alongside its sophisticated ambience, there’s also a great sense of warmth and charm across this welcoming home that has been designed by a couple (and their four daughters) with a keen eye for detail. The villa has a flexible layout with three separate areas, ideal for a group of friends or extended family where you can seek privacy in your own quarter before gathering by the impressive heated swimming pool, outdoor lounge and summer kitchen.

The main part of the villa is the first floor apartment with an attractive lounge and corner sofa overlooking the sea and an indoor dining table for up to 10 guests. The kitchen is charming yet high-end with Smeg kitchen appliances, a filtered water tap, Nespresso machine and other thoughtful touches. This part of the house sleeps six guests across its double en suite bedroom with king-size bed, two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom. Guests can step out to a shady covered terrace and balcony ideal for late afternoon sunshine.

Downstairs, there is a one-bedroom apartment with yet another king-size double bed, a delightful kitchen (with Smeg appliances of course) and lounge area alongside the prettiest of terraces. This apartment can connect to the final bedroom, an independent studio suite with a handmade bed, mini-fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Other impressive features across the villa include Bluetooth speakers, heated bathroom mirrors and air-conditioning throughout.  

Discover hidden corners across the terraced grounds with Mediterranean plants, summer colours, valley views and sea vistas inspiring you with every step. The pièce de résistance has to be the wonderful swimming pool terrace, such a convivial place with its luxurious sun beds surrounding the heated salt-water swimming pool, a fine spot throughout the year. Spend quality time with loved ones as you relax on the outdoor lounge and prepare al-fresco feasts on the Kamado grill.

You can stroll down to the coast in around 700m where you will find a sandy bay, a beachside chiringuito, a little supermarket and a small handful of other restaurants. You can join the Passeig Ecològic de Benissa here, a coastal walking path continuing all the way to Calpe.

  • There is also the possibility to add up to two extra guests, on request only, to the first-floor and/or ground-floor apartment using the sofa in each lounge
  • The terraced grounds are beautiful – guests do need to be able to safely manage steps as there are various different levels  
  • There is no safety fence surrounding the pool, children need to supervised at all times

Between Moraira and Calpe, Villa Boutique June is only a 700m stroll from a pretty sandy beach and its restaurants, around a 15-minute drive from Benissa, one of the Costa Blanca’s oldest towns. North of Alicante and south of Denia, this is an ideal location for wonderful beaches, hidden coves, stunning walking trails and historic seaside towns.

The villa is set in an attractive residential area with lovely sea views – just wander down the hill for less than 10 minutes and you will reach a small supermarket, a handful of restaurants and a small sandy bay with turquoise water above the rocks. In the summer months there is a popular beachside restaurant-bar/chiringuito serving tapas, seafood and other Mediterranean fare. From the edge of the beach come across the beautiful walking trail () leading all the way to Calpe – the views are incredible and it’s a fantastic way to experience the natural beauty of the coastline.

Around 1.5km away (via the coastal walking trail) there is a watersports centre for kayaking, paddle boarding and windsurfing. Diving and snorkelling is also popular with underwater caves waiting to be discovered. Meanwhile, there are more hiking opportunities a little further afield across Calpe’s Parque Natural del Peñón de Ifach, near Moraira’s Torre del Cap d'Or or through the Jalon valley and Sierra de Bernia mountains. Play golf at Club de Golf Ifach, just over 10 minutes by car, perhaps followed by a meal in its high-end restaurant.

Take time to visit Benissa, one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca with such a rich and fascinating heritage. Explore its medieval centre as you wander along narrow lanes, then admire the 16th century Catedral de la Marina. Make the most of several excellent restaurants showcasing the best Mediterranean and Moorish-inspired cuisine.

Families will be impressed by Villa Boutique June’s wonderful features from air-conditioning in every room to Bluetooth speakers and even filtered drinking water to avoid carrying heavy water bottles home. The thoughtful owners can provide beach chairs and parasols to carry down to the beach only 700m away. That’s if you can get away from the swimming pool with its beach club ambience – create memories that will last forever as you laze by the pool on the luxurious sun loungers watching the kids swim, followed by al-fresco poolside feasts by the idyllic summer kitchen.

The nearest bay within walking distance is sandy with clear water (beneath the rocks so jelly shoes are handy). A coastal walking path is a wonderful way to appreciate the natural scenery for energetic families – the first part of the trail towards Calpe leads to another small bay with a watersports centre for kayaking, paddle-boarding and windsurfing.

Snorkelling is also popular along this coastline whilst there are plenty more water-based activities in and around Calpe, Moraira and beyond. There are of course so many beaches to choose from along this part of the Costa Blanca from long bays to hidden coves. Boat trips can also be arranged from Moraira.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time Between 4 - 5 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €300, payable to Oliver's Travel with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €25 per day(to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax is not applicable.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
