This spacious property spreads itself out over three floors, all benefiting from direct access to the outdoor spaces. On the ground floor guests will find a stunning, contemporary lounge area, with huge windows offering views across the terrace, swimming pool and to the views beyond. Comfy sofas are arranged around an atmospheric, open-hearth fireplace, an ideal spot for curling up and reading your book or playing some games as a family. There is also a sociable dining area in this room. Adjacent, the modern kitchen can be found, equipped with everything you may need to whip up some spectacular family meals or a picnic to carry down to the beach. Sleeping six guests, Villa Adela boasts three luxurious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and flat-screen televisions. These bright bedrooms can be found on each floor, offering guests moments of privacy from each other. The upper floor also boasts a tranquil roof terrace, where guests can enjoy an evening aperitif whilst the sun sets in the distance! Villa Adela is the perfect place to relax in style, with an easy elegance that suits almost any guest, this villa is suitable for families and groups of friends alike!

The exterior spaces are equally as fabulous, with a charming outdoor terrace, featuring ample space to dine al-fresco, making the most of the warm climate. Villa Adela is located in a well-known resort with 38,000 residents, in the eastern part of the region, in a fabulous position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. Situated in the district of Balcón al Mar, just 5km from the lovely sandy coastline, in the resort itself, guests can find a shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco and evening entertainment, so everything you may need is nearby. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Make sure you visit the fish auction every afternoon in the port and covered market.
