Villa Belia is a romantic, dreamy property located in a private, tranquil location near to the town of Jesus Pobre. Spread over two spacious floors, this charming villa can comfortably host eight guests, perfect for a family or group of friends. Villa Belia is a truly picturesque setting for a relaxed holiday in Costa Blanca.
As soon as you arrive, the charm and elegance of this villa is evident. The property was lovingly renovated in 2017, now offering a careful blend of character and charm with stylish furnishings and modern design. The living areas offer a homely atmosphere, with beautiful glass windows and doors allowing light to flood in, enlivening these spaces. On the ground floor, guests will find the sociable living areas, as well as two bedrooms. The lounge is a gorgeous place to sit back and relax, reading your book in front of the open-hearth fireplace, or laying back and enjoying the strips of sunlight that flow in through the various windows. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests’ use, offering a laid-back style that you can make yourself at home in. A doorway leads through to the lovely dining area, where huge glass doors slide away, practically making this an outdoor space. Across all these fabulous, social areas, guests can meander between the indoor and outdoor spaces, making the most of the warm climate! There are also two double bedrooms on the ground floor, with a further double bedroom and twin bedroom on the upper storey. All the bedrooms provide comfort for guests, with simple, stylish furnishings. Villa Belia offers an ease and elegance throughout, it is very hard not to relax!
Outside, the charming atmosphere of this unique property continues, with luscious greenery and a serene setting. The outdoor furnishings remain in the same, simple yet elegant style as the interiors. The glistening private swimming pool is large enough for everyone to climb in at once! Villa Belia offers something for everyone that stays, a fantastic base for exploring this stunning area of Spain.

About the surrounding area of Villa BeliaVilla Belia is located in a quiet, sunny area just 800 meters from the centre of Jesus Pobre, outside of the main resort. The villa is 17 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district of Bisserot, the secluded area has little traffic and offers a calm, relaxed atmosphere for guests, perfect for families. The villa itself sits 150 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the sea and 8 km from the beach. This location is incredibly well connected, with trains, bus connections and even a ferry that can take you to Ibiza in only 3 hours!
Nestled between mountains and the sea, this jewel of the ever-popular Costa Blanca has charming waterfronts and beaches, and there is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more basic necessities, and a range of international cuisine if you fancy something different. The prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella", is so close to the villa, that even beginners might have to give it a go! Just perfect.
Stunning villa within easy walk of the village and yet very secluded and private location. The house was very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and spacious. The gardens are beautiful and the views are amazing. The pool is top class, very private, clean, and big enough for a real swim. Fresh fruit from the trees in the garden for breakfast. The village is only 10min walk, slightly up hill, where there are several bars and a little bakery for bread each day. Sunday market was a treat with crafts and food and wine; no need to drive to supermarket at all.
Overall- just perfect. -
Lovely, quiet location
Great villa in lovely quiet natural park location. Noise from dogs up the lane was intermittent.
The roads to and around the property are very narrow and a bit challenging in a bigger car. -
