Just south of Jave, this is a true gem of the Costa Blanca. Step into the villa and be enchanted by its living spaces which exude style and understated luxury. Glance at the sea from the well-designed kitchen with its cooking island and high-end appliances before admiring the adjacent lounge with views across to the Mediterranean – at night you may be able to see the glistening lighthouse in the distance. A second lounge with a handmade sofa overlooks the verdant valley, allowing space for guests to kick back and truly relax.

Sleeping 8-10 guests across four bedrooms, the master bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and yet more sea vistas. Downstairs there are two bathrooms (one with a gorgeous bath tub) alongside three bedrooms with king-size doubles, all leading to the attractive terrace and swimming pool. Villa Boutique Jave benefits from air-conditioning throughout.

Handmade sunbeds surround the heated swimming pool and there is an outdoor lounge and summer kitchen with a barbecue for leisurely al-fresco gatherings with friends or family – you can even pre-book a chef to cook up a feast. Discover one of the five idyllic terraces from the pretty pergola overlooking garden flowers to the rooftop terrace for stargazing at night.   

Stroll out your villa and one of the region’s remarkable viewpoints is a short walk away with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean below – it is especially romantic at sunrise. A short drive will take you to delightful bays for snorkelling and kayaking whilst Javea’s family-friendly Playa Arenal is less than 8km away for sandy shores, family-friendly activities and a promenade backed by summer restaurants.

  • The villa can sleep 8 guests across four double bedrooms. Up to two beds can be added to the bedrooms on request to accommodate a ninth and tenth guest – please enquire
  • Guests need to be able to manage steps up to this beautiful villa. If travelling with children, please take care across the terraced levels
  • There is no safety fence surrounding the pool, so children will need to be supervised at all times

Villa Boutique Jave is located in an attractive residential neighbourhood only 10km south-east of the heart of Javea’s charming old town. Almost equidistant between Valencia and Alicante, this is a stunning part of the northern Costa Blanca where you can experience the region’s natural beauty and glorious beaches alongside historic seaside towns.

Walk to the top of the road and you will come across a hiking path leading to one of the area’s most stunning viewpoints with gorgeous vistas of the glistening Mediterranean below – it is especially idyllic at sunrise. There are other outlook points within a short drive as well as pretty rocky bays. Cala del Portixol, around 5km away, is perfect for snorkelling and kayaking (head there early in the summer months as it can get very busy) whilst Playa de la Granadella, just over 10 minutes by car, is another picturesque spot for kayaking. Family-friendly Playa Arenal (8km) is a sandy beach popular with windsurfing enthusiasts and backed by a lovely promenade with summer restaurants.

Javea’s old town is set inland from the sea, an enchanting place to spend time as you explore its historic lanes always admiring its medieval heritage and charm. Stock up on delicious regional food at the indoor market, open daily except Sundays, and soak up the ambience of the Thursday morning outdoor market at the main square.

Food lovers will also adore the array of restaurants by the coast whether you are yearning for relaxed family lunches with good views or gastronomic dining (Tula Restaurante has earned a Michelin star, for example). Boat trips depart the marina – catamarans tour the coves with opportunities to swim, ferries whisk you away to Denia or there are sunset sailings along the coast.

There are some gorgeous little bays within a short drive, ideal for young snorkelling and kayaking enthusiasts – look out for Cala del Portixol and Playa de la Granadella amongst others. Playa Arenal is another fantastic spot with sandy shores, popular with windsurfers and backed by a lovely promenade with restaurants. Family-friendly Arenal also has playgrounds, volleyball net and a small football pitch for the most energetic of kids.

In Javea itself, tour the town on the summer tourist road train that starts near the port. Other seasonal activities in and around the town include mini-golf, go-karting, bike rental, horse-riding and of course some wonderful walks for all abilities. Finally, if kids need to let off steam, drive to Parque Pinosol for its children’s play area, outdoor gym, monkey bars, table tennis and shady picnic spots.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time Between 4 - 5 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €250, payable to Oliver's Travel with the balance payment. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
End of stay cleaning included? Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €25 per day(to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax is not applicable.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
