The fabulous Villa Granadella is seriously impressive in so many ways, the contemporary design, the amount of light through the walls of glass, space, the minimalist decor, the luxury fittings, the elegant touches, the fantastic pool, the terraces, the breathtaking sea views, the list is endless! With its elevated hillside position and uninterrupted views in the exclusive district in Granadella, Villa Granadella will provide 8 guests with fantastic accommodation in a wonderful, tranquil setting.
Granadella Beach is one of the small treasures of Javea. It is a small shingle and rocky cove, highly regarded by most Spaniards as one of the best beaches in the province of Alicante and loved by snorkelers and divers. You cannot help be impressed by the excellent turquoise water quality, the beauty of the surrounding mountains, the caves and woods begging to be explored.
Villa Granadella is built over 4 floors in modern, contemporary design with huge walls of glass. Each of the floors has an impressive terrace, making the most of the incredible views. On the ground floor, the astounding open plan living, dining and kitchen space is brilliantly illuminated by the glass doors all around. The kitchen and dining area is raised slightly up a few steps and separated by an artistic pebble feature breaking the floor tiles. The sleek, streamlined kitchen is minimalist, dazzling and features an enormous fridge, freezer and wine fridge.
You certainly will not go short of super-chilled white wine and fizz on this holiday! The small breakfast bar is handy and a place to chat while the cook is at work! The lighting is amazing, and the sofas are super comfy and enormous to suit the room. The many doors lead to the superb terrace and 14m x 5m pool. The excellent pool, again with uninterrupted views, is surrounded by loungers and parasols. There is a separate decked section for sunbathing, and to the side of the villa, you will find covered alfresco dining with an outdoor mini kitchen and grill.
On the first floor, the master bedroom suite is exquisite. With outstanding views of the sea, headlands and lush Mediterranean planting all around, a super-comfy kingsize bed, terrace access, a fabulous walk-in closet and a huge, deluxe bathroom with both a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, the suite is hard to beat. There is another bedroom on this level with a massive bed and ensuite and also an office.
On the second floor, you will find another 2 stunning bedrooms with excellent views, kingsize beds and pristine, beautiful bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room. Again, another terrace offers fantastic sea views.
The top floor is home to another lounge area and another delightful, furnished terrace. The villa also boasts a well-equipped gym where, even there, you can enjoy spectacular sea views while you are exercising!

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa GranadellaGranadella is a tranquil, glamorous resort in the Javea region of the Costa Blanca. It is 110km south-east from Valencia and 90km north-east from Alicante. If you venture up the lane from the lovely beach, you will see a row of old fishermen’s houses which let you know that Granadella was once a peaceful busy fishing village. Villa Granadella is just 1.5km from the beautiful cove of Granadella.
There are several other small, quiet shingle beaches, including the nudist beach Cala Ambola. The beautiful, sandy Playa El Arenal is probably the most popular beach in the area. It is lined with all the bars and cafes you could possibly want. Other beaches in the Javea region are La Grava Beach, in the heart of the bustling Javea Port, Playa Muntanya and Cala Portixol which is fairly small and pebbly, situated between the Cap Prim and Cap Negre headlands.
Javea Town sits on the dazzling seafront in the shadow of the majestic Montgo Mountain. It boasts a wonderful Medieval church in its gorgeous Old Town and many interesting shops, cozy cafes and restaurants along the cobbled streets. Javea has a buzzy nightlife mainly based around Arenal which is Javea’s Old Town. As well as vibrant tapas bars, there are many restaurants and bars as well as three nightclubs along the beach. The working port of Javea has a fascinating charm where you can watch the catches come in. The whitewashed houses surrounding the bay and many seafood restaurants give it a warm and welcoming ambience.
Guadelest is a great day out, 40 minutes drive from Javea. Steep winding roads lead you to the whitewashed bell tower hugging the mountainside with wonderful views. The rock-carved tunnel takes you to a picturesque, charming old village and castle where you will find outstanding views and plenty of cafes and small boutique shops.

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Granadella offers a lot of space for families. The pool is excellent. Granadella Beach is only 1.5km away and is perfect for families. It is ideal for learning to snorkel or dive. There are several schools that can teach you to dive and many businesses with boat hire or kayaking. SiestaAdvisor operates from Granadella with experienced kayaking guides who will lead you along the Jurassic coastline to explore the incredible cliff formations and cathedral-like sea caves. Cova del Nao is the biggest sea cave in Spain. You can take many boat trips from Javea, including dolphin watching.
La Grava Beach in Javea is very popular with children for its inflatable playground a short swim from the beach which includes rafts, slides and ping platforms. Playa del Arenal is especially suited to young children as you can walk out for at least one hundred metres before you need to swim. Towards the back of the beach, there are volleyball nets and several adventure playground features. Also, behind the beach is a wide promenade suitable for bike rides, roller skating or just a lovely stroll.
The Dino Park at Algar is fun and educational for all ages with over 30 animated dinosaurs, a 3D cinema, numerous attractions and a nature trail. It is set in 6 acres of botanical and cactus gardens. It is free for under 4’s to get in.
If you go south to Moraira, children will love the permanent funfair. There are wacky fun houses, powered trikes, trampolines, train rides, dodgems, ‘hook-a-duck’ games and cork gun shooting games. It is all good fun and very exciting for evening entertainment.
