Just a short drive from the beach and the vibrant centre of El Arenal, Casa Violeta boasts a superb location close to all the action yet nestled in a peaceful oasis, ensuring you can embrace the Mediterranean vibes at your own pace.
Spread across two spacious levels, the magnificent villa exudes comfort and style. As you step inside, you'll find an integrated living and dining room with comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. A digital TV offers an entertainment option, while double doors open onto the patio, inviting in the beauty of the surroundings. The large kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals throughout your stay, while a barbecue and outdoor dining area are perfect for leisurely meals that you can enjoy in the sun while admiring the incredible surrounding views.
Three bedrooms are found on the ground floor, each thoughtfully decorated with cosy double beds and a well-appointed shared bathroom featuring a bath and shower. Heading downstairs, the lower ground floor opens to a lovely playroom, offering entertainment options for all ages. The main bedroom also sits on this level, with a large double bed and ensuite bathroom ensuring ultimate comfort. The bedroom opens onto a patio, inviting guests to wake up and enter the fresh morning air.
Guests will love the lower terrace, which expands to mesmerising views over the mountains and surrounding valleys. The well-kept garden is a tranquil haven with towering trees and a charming wildlife garden. A sparkling swimming pool in the centre of the terrace invites you to cool off. Several sun loungers are perfect for reclining beneath the sun, while a covered seating area offers the perfect spot to read in the shade or unwind with a drink at the end of the day.
