Sitting with a glass of wine in hand, your legs tucked under a shaded table as you listen to captivating bird songs and the chatter of your loved ones around you, this is what awaits you at Casa Jucar.
Spread over two floors, the interiors of the villa have been carefully restored, with feature fireplaces, exposed beams and traditional doors, all complemented by a mix of modern bathrooms and chic furnishings. There are four bedrooms, accommodating seven guests, with spacious living areas where you can all enjoy time together.
On the villa's first floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, large living room and separate dining area, with a simple layout and open archways that allow you to easily transition from room to room. The kitchen and dining area are both stylish and modern, tastefully decorated to create truly tranquil living spaces, making even the task of cooking a joy! As you walk through to the living room, the traditional architecture of the villa becomes evident, with exposed beams, terracotta tiles and a large fireplace. White walls allow sunlight to bounce around the room, and you can curl up on the sofas, reading a book or switching on the TV, awarding yourself a well-deserved rest!
There are three bedrooms on the first floor: a double, a twin and a single, with a second twin bedroom located on the ground floor (with a private entrance!). Simply furnished, the bedrooms have everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The two bathrooms have been completely renovated, offering sleek, stylish designs!
Outside, you will find our favourite spots on the property. Whether you are gathered around the dining table, sharing a bottle of chilled wine on the covered terrace by the pool, or enjoying a moment of tranquillity as you read a book in the garden, every corner offers another idyllic hideaway. Casa Jucar is the perfect blend of character and modern styles, located in the charming town of Moraira, just a stone's throw from the magic of the Costa Blanca coastline.
What you should know…
- There are a lot of steps around the property and with no fence around the pool, young children may need to be supervised
- There are neighbouring properties, so the pool is a little overlooked
- Please note that there is only air conditioning in the living room, but two bedrooms contain fans
- Please note that the bedroom on the ground floor as a private entrance from the exterior of the house, and cannot be accessed from inside the villa - perfect for those wanting a little extra privacy!

About the surrounding area of Casa JucarOnce a small fishing village and now a popular holiday resort, the charming town of Moraira offers a glimpse into Costa Blanca's past. Found on the Southeastern coast of Spain, roughly halfway between Alicante and Valencia, Moraira offers the slower pace of slice Spain is famed for, with long, hot summers and short, mild winters, making it the perfect place to visit all year round!
Casa Jucar itself is located just a 20-minute walk from the sandy shores of Moraira Beach. A beautiful beach, popular with windsurfers, you can enjoy long days in the sun, heading back to your private villa at the end of the day for a dip in the pool and a fun evening barbecuing with your loved ones. Playa de l'Ampolla is the most popular beach in the town, with crystal clear water for swimming and the picturesque Castillo de Moraira overlooking the shore. Close to the restaurants and shops, you can easily spend the day at this beach.
The town centre is 30 minutes away by foot, or a quick 5-minute drive, with a pretty marina and easy-going beach life, the relaxing atmosphere of the town is not to be missed, perfect for a meal out one evening, tasting some of the local favourites. Geared up for visitors, you will find everything you need, from banks and supermarkets to bustling restaurants, cafés and bars. For food lovers, this is one of the best places to go to! Many of the local restaurants are in the Michelin guide and will not disappoint. Just make sure you book ahead so you don't miss out!
If you are seeking a livelier atmosphere, then Benidorm is just a 30-minute drive along the coast. Renowned for its nightlife and energetic beach bars, the town is extremely popular with young people. On top of the vibrant club scene, there are water parks, theme parks and a range of attractions to please every age group!

Located just outside the small town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca, this location is perfect for a family holiday in the sunshine. Think long afternoons at the beach, day trips to water parks and evenings spent dining in the garden together with kids helping out on the barbecue.
The villa itself is great for families, with relaxed interiors and spacious outdoor areas where kids can play. The single and twin bedrooms are perfectly suited to children, and a cot can be provided for little ones at an extra cost. There are quite a few steps around the villa, inside and out, so young children may need to be supervised. The private swimming pool is sure to be a popular favourite for any kids that visit Casa Jucar, providing hours and hours of fun whilst you sit by relaxing on a sun lounger, keeping a quiet eye.
The Costa Blanca becomes more and more popular with families each year, with an array of ‘blue-flag’ beaches assuring parents that the water is clean and safe for little ones. For families, finding Moraira Beach just a 20-minute walk from the villa is a dream come true, with no need to load little ones in and out of a car! The crystal-clear seawater is safe for kids to enjoy, although please be aware that the beaches around Moraira can get a little rocky, so it may be best if kids wear shoes in the water. At the nearby Playa de l'Ampolla, there are often lifeguards on duty, making it another great choice for little ones.
