Overview
Located in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, sits this charming Mediterranean-style three-bedroom villa. Light and breezy, this home is a welcoming space with neutral tones, soft furnishings, and ambient lighting.
The open-plan living area is spacious and awash with natural light and boasts huge glass doors that open out onto a terrace. Take it easy in the lounge, with its stylish sofas, chat with friends or enjoy a sociable meal at the table with seating for six people. Whitewashed walls and tiled flooring create a soothing atmosphere, while elegant touches include soft cushions on the sofa and colourful artwork on the walls. There's also WiFi and air-conditioning in the living room. Off from the living area is a cheerful kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and a handy laundry room for washing and drying clothes. Also, on this floor, you'll find two bedrooms featuring double beds. Both rooms are a comfortable size, with fuss-free furnishings and plenty of wardrobe space. The bedrooms share a pretty tiled bathroom with a tub.
Stairs lead up to the first floor, where whitewashed walls sweep through to the remaining bedroom. Here you'll find a double bed, wooden beams and huge balcony doors that lead to a private terrace. Step outside and start the morning listening to the sound of the palm trees rustling in the breeze while gazing at the peaceful surroundings and sea views. Leading off from the bedroom, you'll find an immaculate bathroom with colourful tiled walls. Back on the ground floor, step outside onto the shady terrace and enjoy alfresco meals at the table. During the day, take it easy on a sun lounger, swim in the pool, or sit back on the comfortable furniture and enjoy the scent of jasmine as it wafts across the garden. The villa is set in a quiet, residential area with restaurant, pharmacy and tennis courts on its doorstep, while the town of Moraira, with its restaurants, shops, beaches and attractive marina, is just a 5-minute drive away.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa AllaMoraira is a town located on the coast below Javea and is small and compact in size but still a brilliant option for travellers. Originally a small fishing village, today, it is an attractive holiday destination and ideal for beach lovers and families seeking outdoor activities. Just a 20-minute walk from the villa is the excellent sandy beach, Platja de l'Ampolla, where children can swim in the calm waters and build castles on the shoreline. Younger children will also enjoy its playground and pretty seafront promenade, where they can cool off with an ice cream. From here, history lovers can walk to the Castillo de Moraira, an 18th-century castle overlooking the beach. Explore the fortress, and be sure to stop at the audio-visual museum, where you can learn more about the castle's history defending the coastline against attacks from pirates.
Moraira is also full of pretty coves, and its clear waters make it excellent for snorkelling and diving with popular spots, including Cap Blanc and Andrago. In addition to sandy beaches and secret coves, Moraira also possesses a number of excellent hiking trails and old fisherman's paths. For a gentle walk in nature, the Moraira Port to Cap D'or trail is a scenic 2.5km route. Take your time and soak up the beautiful landscape, wild plants, and spectacular sea views.
Further afield, the vibrant seaside resort of Calp is also worth a visit. Roughly 20 minutes from the villa, it is dominated by the towering rock of Ifach, and those with a head for heights can scale the 332m-high summit and spot birds, mammals and reptiles along the way. Alternatively, head to the marina, jump on a boat and view the rock from the water or pick up the Paseo Ecologico eco trail and walk around the rock's base. The beachside town of Javea (Xabia) is also a charming place to visit and is just a 20-minute drive north of the villa. Here you can hire a bicycle and explore the coastline or head inland and stroll through the pretty old town with its arched doorways, Gothic windows, and 15th-century buildings.

Costa Blanca is famous for the ‘Brits Abroad’ culture, and it’s understandable why it attracts such crowds throughout the summer months. Guaranteed weather, world-class beaches, tons of family facilities and bumpin’ nightlife is a recipe in popularity. Why not experience a different side of Costa Blanca with a villa holiday?
Here’s some handy tips for the best eats, things to do with groups, family activities and the must-sees for Costa Blanca. You might need two weeks’ holiday after all….
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Alla is a comfortable family home and perfectly set up for outdoor living. Children will love splashing about in the pool, relaxing in the hammock and eating alfresco at the outdoor table. After a day's activity, the air-conditioned lounge offers respite, and kids can kick back on the comfy sofa with their favourite programme on the TV. Come evening, the first-floor terrace is also the perfect place to gather and watch the sun dissolve into the sea.
During the day, if children tire of the pool, they can also walk to the nearby tennis courts and practise their racquet skills or pack the sun cream and drive 5 minutes to the sandy Platja de l'Ampolla. Here children can swim or snorkel safely in the calm Mediterranean waters and build sandcastles on the shore. Little ones will also love the playground on the beach. Afterwards, head to the promenade for ice cream or a bite to eat at one of the beachside restaurants.
The town of Moraira is a lovely place to spend an afternoon and is a 5-minute drive from the villa. Kids will love the little road train that runs from the town and travels at a slow pace along the seafront to Moraira's 18th-century castle. For a day in nature, pack a picnic and drive 40 minutes inland to the Algar Falls (Fuentes del Algar). Here children can swim in the pools of water and dip their hands under the waterfalls. Afterwards, be sure to follow the walking trail and enjoy a peaceful 1.5km walk through the nature reserve. Close to Algar Falls is a small amusement park packed with life-size dinosaurs. Explore the park with its playground, cinema and paddling pool and be sure to visit the spectacular cactus garden.
More fun can be had in Benidorm, a 30-minute drive west from the villa. Kids will love Aqualandia, where they can spend the day whizzing down water slides, riding rapids and splashing in one of the pools. Alternatively, visit Terra Natura Zoo and spend the day meeting tigers, elephants and rhinos.
