What you should know…
- In light of the limited rainfall experienced on the Costa Brava in recent months, water usage restrictions have been implemented across the region. As a result, you may notice some differences in the garden compared to the photos, and the pool may not be filled to its maximum capacity due to evaporation
- The entrance is only accessible via a lengthy set of stairs making it more challenging for elderly people
- A car is recommended to explore the surrounding area and there is parking for two cars on site
- All the bedrooms feature air conditioning so guests can enjoy a comfortable temperature during the hot summer nights
- Due to the proximity of neighbouring properties, loud music and excessive noise should be avoided
