What you should know…

  • In light of the limited rainfall experienced on the Costa Brava in recent months, water usage restrictions have been implemented across the region. As a result, you may notice some differences in the garden compared to the photos, and the pool may not be filled to its maximum capacity due to evaporation
  • The entrance is only accessible via a lengthy set of stairs making it more challenging for elderly people
  • A car is recommended to explore the surrounding area and there is parking for two cars on site
  • All the bedrooms feature air conditioning so guests can enjoy a comfortable temperature during the hot summer nights 
  • Due to the proximity of neighbouring properties, loud music and excessive noise should be avoided

Security deposit €1000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season. A minimum of 4 nights during mid season and flexible during all other periods.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible during other periods.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available.
Tax Catalonian Eco Tourist Tax of €1.10 per person per night for over 17's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
