Villa Medes sits a short walk from Sa Tuna beach, yet the peace and tranquillity of its location is hard to beat. The modern architecture boasts floor-to-ceiling glass, spacious open-plan living areas and stylish furnishings throughout. Every modern amenity is at your disposal, so from the moment you arrive, you can fully relax, soaking in the holiday atmosphere and enjoying all those luxuries you have been waiting for! On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, laundry room, toilet and a large garage. Stepping up the mid-level, you will find three large bedrooms, all offering en-suite bathrooms and dressing areas. Two of these fabulous rooms give access to the private terrace so you can meander outside from the moment you awaken. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and the fantastic, open-plan living space, featuring a large lounge, dining space and fully-equipped kitchen. Great for sociable groups, the views from the living area are hard to beat, reaching far over the surrounding areas.
At Villa Medes, the interiors and exteriors are perfectly balanced, merging together to create seamless entertaining and relaxing spaces. During the day you can soak in the sunshine by the private pool, making the most of the luxurious sun loungers and finding time to finish your favourite book. Location
About the surrounding area of Villa MedesBegur is a hidden gem of the ever-popular Costa Brava. Begur is part of the comarca of the Baíx Empordá in Catlonia. It has become very popular with Barcelonians which, if you feel like stretching your legs is located just 1-hour North of Begur!
Begur is overflowing with Spanish charm and has a plethora of things to do from fantastic local eateries and restaurants to boutique shopping and much more. There are of course the ruins of the Castell de Begur which makes for an interesting hike. The nearest beach is that of Cala Sa Tuna, just 2 km away!
Begur is conveniently located within a slew of local Spanish towns and villages giving families and explorers plenty of things to do. There are the stylish beaches of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera which are just a short drive away. If history is your passion then perhaps the nearby villages of Regencos and Púbol will interest you. They are both oozing with medieval architecture, especially Púbol which is home to many landmarks associated with Salvador Dalí, including the ruins of the castle that he gifted to his Russian wife, Gala.
Begur is also local to many golf courses, two of which are located within 10km of the village!
